We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MaltaThe service is not 5 star. Frigo bar is free but almost empty and porters have to be called all the time. They even tried to charge me 40 euros for 2 boiled eggs at breakfast. The lobby needs re decoration and some fresh enthusiasm should be instilled in the staff

Sri LankaThe air conditioning system is behind the curtain and if you close the curtain you block the air. If you keep it open the morning light floods the room. Easy cheap fix is to have a vertical blind behind the AC and all is resolved. This is a really dumb piece of design. The fact that a hotel of this stature does not have a gym is inexcusable. You need to pay chf 32 per person per day to use a gym across the street. Until you get one going and given what you charge for the rooms you should make the outside gym complementary. I mean how many guests use a gym anyway? 10-30%? Average 15%? So cost per guest per month on average is nothing, but it’s a basic offer. Stop appearing to act as a money grabbing stingy property. The restaurant, bar and front office service should improve with a proper Conceirge service with connect in all the top restaurants. This too is an easy fix. The Mandarin next door once in full flow will mount a serious challenge to you if you don’t fix these small issues.

AustraliaThe city view rooms are much smaller, and do not offer any AC to the room at all. Best to upgrade to the lakeview for a much larger room with AC.
The location was fantastic, and the lake view rooms were really beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and hepful. We had a car and their was always someone there to valet the car. Special shout out to Fleurina from reception who was super lovely and helpful.
