The internet connection was very unstable from the beginning of our stay and cut off completely at the end of the week. The management was not willing to handle the issue but rather blamed rest of the world for the problem. The router was broken but they couldn’t change it during the week.

Great apartment with good location, walking distance to Matternhorn Express gondola and red busline stop is 100 m from the property. Sauna and steam room was a nice extra. Enough towels and other amenities + bathrobes.

It would be nice if the guests from another contries could use viber or whatsup in a case of urgent contact with the host (not only landline phone). As there is no possibility to have personal contact with the host, more information about busses or shops would be helpful for guests upon their coming..

Very nice, stylish and modern apartment with beautiful view of the Metterrhorn..Clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. Kitchen well-equipped. The red line bus stops next to Andorra Haus. Sauna and termal bath are fantastic.The apartment is up on the hill, not so close to the centre and the last bus goes at 19.30. But it could be very nice walk after dinner in one of the great resraurants in Zerrmatt.

there is so many beautiful places in Zermatt. Simple black and white even photos on the wall , Art work or scenery from the valley would be wonderful addition to the stark living space. The bed room is cozy and appointed nicely. The kitchen is also nicely appointed.

We love this property....it is a favorite. Every trip we always hope for 2 things. One a lamp behind the couch. This time we were fortunate to find that. The little bakery/ cafe is also a wonderful addition to Winkelmatten .

the towels is too old and hard, make my skin ichy if I use to dry after the shower. bathrobe is also old and not comfortable to wear it.

the location is great. the sauna is a plus. we love to see snow from our bedroom. it was lovely.

The check out time is 9:00 - 9:30.

Everything is perfect. The red line bus from the station will take you there. The bus has a big trunk at the back to keep your luggage. You could see the Mattehorn from the room. The room is well equipped and super clean. The sauna and steam bath are also good.

The location of the room was on a hill and it is extremely difficult to go up the hill for people that aren’t fit. Otherwise, this is a terrific place to stay in.

An anti-slip mat on the shower floor could prevent possible injuries. There were not many clothes hangers, and none of them were suitable for pants. Very soon I collided with my leg against the bracket of the folding bed so we placed the two sofa pillars against them to prevent possible injuries. Make sure that the protection blanket on the spring matras is on the right place, otherwise you will feel the springs.

This review is for appartment nr. 3, 1st floor (middle). No doubt about it, our main recommendation for the appartment is the direct view of the mountains and Matterhorn. The weather (and weather forecast) was very unpredictable but the view gave us an pretty good indication of the weather up the mountains. The facilities of the appartment were quite complete and luxurious. The appartment was clean. Later during our stay I noticed that the slatted base of the bed is ajustable, a good thing. And in case you don't notice right away, the backrest of the terrace chairs are also ajustable. The outskirt location of the appartment is perfect: not far from the Winkelmatten busstop (bus is free!), a small foodshop/café and the main cable car station. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Bed is very firm and pillows are large feather so they don't provide any support to your head when sleeping, not our preferred sleeping comfort. The apartments are located up hill of the town so requires suitable fitness level to walk there or are prepared to pay for taxis.

The view from the balcony looking straight at the Matterhorn incredible. Fondue set provided. Very clean and excellent to have full kitchen to use. Discounts are provided for guests to use at a wide range of retail and activities in Zermatt.

The weather was not great while we were there (absolutely not the hosts fault!!) but there wasn't then really anywhere obvious to dry our clothes. I'm not sure they'd put the central heating on for the building yet (which was understandable, because it was August, but it also dropped to 5 degrees and began snowing).

Incredible location with an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn - sitting on the balcony and watching the clouds roll in around the mountains was an absolute highlight of our holiday. For us it made the price 100% worth it. The fondue set was also appreciated and used!

Ha! Only bad thing was the steepness of the street going down into town, but that height gave this place the great views it had! And there was a free bus stopping just 3 buildings above this building. It did not run late, but it did run everyday. And there are taxis which we did not use.

Great clean comfortable apartment with an excellent view of Matterhorn. Large deck with comfortable chairs. Nice green space across the road so it was a view of the meadows and the mountains and cable cars running. Very quiet here as not in main part of town but up on a hill. There was enough room for our smaller suitcases and bags inside, maybe not so much if people bring the giant 32" bags for each person. we found this place was just what we needed and enjoyed relaxing here in late afternoons and evenings.

Very difficult to locate. The name of the location-usually on the exterior of the building- was not posted. We had to ask several locals for help finding it.

Beautiful views off the balcony, clean, provided a robe, kitchen well stocked with essentials. We used several discount coupons for local activities provided by the management.

The property is a little up the hill from the town of Zermatt. It’s worth it for the view but it might not be ideal for those that get tired easily.

The view from the balcony was exceptional (apartment 6 on the second floor). Had to call the host and ask for the balcony to be cleaned as it was a little dirty on our arrival but they promptly took care of the issue.

I have stayed here five times in the last twenty years, and really liked the layout and charm of the Attica before the remodel. I guess it looks all modern and clean, but the interior feels sterile. Maybe a picture or something on the walls to give it some life. I miss the multi paned wood windows. Doors to the balcony need handles on the outside so you can pull them closed and unlock them if someone locks them from the inside.

One of the finest Matterhorn views in town. 50 meters to the Winklematten Capelle bus stop. 5 minute walk down the hill to the gondola. Good ski storage room with boot dryers. Nice sized balcony with view of that big rock. Large modern bathrooms.

n/a it was a wonderful property and the staff was very responsive for all communication and very helpful as a first time traveler to Zermatt!

The location is perfect if you plan to ski while in zermatt- it was a 3 minute walk down hill to the lift. we booked our ski rental with Dorsaz Sport and stored our skis in their lockers which is next to the lift as well. It is right near a bus stop and an adorable little neighborhood market which we highly recommend for a morning coffee.
