For some reason, the view of the lake from a resting position in the bed/chair was interrupted by the big beam. Its a bit unfortunate, since the lake is a beautiful view.

beard stubble and hair on the bathroom counter is a no go. Also the mirrors weren't polished. Other than that clean. Breakfast the bare continental minimum and therefore not the standard anymore nowadays. Tables in room very used up.

"Nice" view at the lake. Although disturbed by the architectual monstrosity of a cagelike exteriour conkrete-structure blockin most of it to both sides. Mostly, but not perfectly clean, very comfy bed. Great view from the top floor bar.

A little bit on the expensive side.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The location is great, a little bit outside of the city center, but the lake views are amazing. The breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

It is a bit of a shame that the view is limited by the design of the building, the grid ruined the sunset. The water took a long time to get warm, my partner had to shower to half warm water.

Everything was good, from the comfort of the room to the taste of the cocktails on the rooftop. The Lady at the reception was very kind and friendly.

No business centre where one can do a bit of work. Especially after 11 when checked out. So no discreet location to prepare for business meetings etc

I had booked a regular double room and this is what I got! I probably got the worst room - 1 st floor looking on the entrance canopy, safe not working properly, fridge bot cold etc. If you choose this hotel, take a deluxe modernized room!

The internet connection was a little bit slower than expected (in comparison to other Hotels). The breakfast is expensive for what it offers.

Very centrally located near the city center which is just 10 minutes walk, right on the lake with a nearby garden and park. Plenty of parking spaces (with payment) near the Hotel. Fantastic elevators with video walls give a very nice feeling. Smiling personnel both in the reception and at the restaurant and a happy atmosphere all around the Hotel. Very polite, always smiling, and willing to assist housekeeping ladies, especially a young lady from Portugal. The junior suite with a lake view was roomy with 2 bathrooms (one for visitors right at the entrance). Wenge wood high-quality furniture with a big table and design chairs for four persons. Everything was very clean, big comfortable sofa, the suite had elegant decor and plenty of lights. Windows all over the suite provided ample sunlight all day long. The mini bar was fully stocked and was working fine (low temperatures even on hot days). The air condition was working superfine both in the bedroom and the living room (there are separate zones with individual settings which is great). All in all the junior suite makes you feel not at a Hotel but at your home. It was our second consecutive summer in the same suite and we had the feeling that we were at our home.

Very comfortable bed. The shower temperature control dial didn't work and hot water didn't come out but the staff immediately offered me another upgraded room right next to my original room.
