The parking lot spaces are around the hotel building which is good. But their size and disposition are not good at all. We really struggle to enter the parking at one point when someone parker a big van on the first parking space.

The receptionist Samer was very nice and gave a very good explanation of the facilities. Our room was impeccably clean by the friendly housekeeper Sharmila. The room was warm and quiet, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot.

The room was full of mold in all corners. Very unhealthy and bad. I was shocked that such rooms are rented out in Switzerland. Absolutely not worth the money and a health danger.

The hotel was well located for a one night stop on our journey. Samer, the receptionist was very helpful, polite and kind. He even called a restaurant and ordered pizza for us and on delivery he paid for our pizza himself, as the delivery guy hadn't brought the pay point with him. We had a very positive contact with him and I wish the owner of the hotel gave him a bonus or a raise, he really went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcomed.

Samer was absolutely fantastic, calling me ahead of our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and during our stay, being incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well placed to explore Luzern, with the old town being an easy stroll away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Recommended!

Breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was, but it was good.

Nice hotel with free parking. The rooms can be either twins or doubles, and the staff are happy to arrange that. Good WiFi. Walkable to the city center, and right next to a bus stop. The city pass includes free public transportation, and the hotel will e-mail it to you before arrival if necessary.

Parking can be a bit tight, but was do-able, even in a van. It's a bit of a walk to the lake, but definitely do-able. Only one restaurant particularly close, but there are quite a few within a few blocks.

Hotel Spatz has free parking in their own lot, and is walkable into the main part of the city, as well as having a bus stop right in front of it. The rooms can be either double beds or twin beds. Great staff.

We came to Lucern during December and the weather was very cold. What I liked the most was the bed which was very comfortable and of high quality. The heater was working so well that it kept us warm and cozy throughout the night. Bus stop was just outside of the accomodation.

Noisy room, door didn't close all the way. People staying there were very loud and slamming doors all night. Every time they slammed their door, my door would open and close..

You should be a very very good driver to move in and out the parking. It’s very narrow, especially if you have SUV

Less than 100 swiss franc per night. 4-5 bus stops away from Lucerne train station. Clean, friendly staff and value for money. Visitors can get a city pass/card during the stay, free for bus and tram ride. Remember to email the hotel before arrival , they will give you a QR code.

No elevator, had to bring the luggage on 3rd floor. Traffic noises almost constant as directly on a big street and in front of bus stop. No real AC, weird set up if you want a portable one, too cmplicated and have to leave the window open, not preferable as so noisy outside. Smallest toilet, kept hurting my head when getting up the toilet seat. Too high of a price for what it is.

very friendly host at reception, I think it was the manager. Super close to city center, only 15 minutes walk, very nice and easy to reach.

The fan in the bathroom is a little but loud and you cannot turn that off. But if you close the bathroom door you won’t hear that noise. So it is fine for us.

The staffs are very nice that you will get warm hospitality and all the information you need. The transportation is so convenient, and you can get almost all the bus to this hotel from anywhere. And the breakfast is phenomenal! All the breads are warmed up. It is the only hotel with that kind of service.
