Great location, no inner city driving stress but 5 minutes with the bus into the center. Bus pass provided. Lovely reception. Rooms have personality and warmth. Nice restaurant.

The room was amazing very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of little extras as well. The staff were very friendly and courteous and the location ideal for us. Just out of the main centre so not too busy but a nice 15/20 minute walk in or bus stops just outside.

Traditional style, with jazz theme. Very quiet location on bus route. Lovely views. The room was spacious, nice bath/shower, coffee machine and mini bar.

Everything was fine, but the hotel is just a bit dated. In case of reduced mobility, do ask for a flat shower, as the rooms had a bath-shower. Frankly, really good.

Hotel really clean, with friendly staff, easy parking and stylish bar. Excellent views over Bern and good location, not cetral but a comfortable walk from the city or 5 minutes by free shuttle bus.

LOVED EVERYTHING!

Everything! As the name says, very Unique! Mariann, owner, welcomed us so warmly. As in the hotel description the theme is Jazz. We stayed in one of the Jazz rooms, with views to Old Town, and distant views to snow capped peaks. Magical really! Room was spacious and decor stylish in line with hotel theme. Bed wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom a good size and well equipped. We sadly stayed just outside of the jazz performances down in the purpose built basement, but can imagine just how enjoyable an experience that would be. We received a bus ticket for the duration of our stay, and with the bus stop right outside the hotel it was super easy and quick to reach the city and Old Town. This hotel is away from the hustle of tourism, yet absolutely close enough to reach within 10 minutes. The restaurant is beautiful, has lovely staff and delicious food. A fantastic find!

Everything is lovable here.

It is a beautiful hotel and the owners of the hotel are so nice and helpful. It feels like staying at home. Every bit was looked after. I am surely coming back to this hotel. This made our switzerland trip rememberable. Thankyou Mariane, you are a star.

The pictures made it seem that there were Jazz concerts at the hotel all year round. That's why we booked it, however when we arrived we found out that there weren't any concerts for the entire summer at the hotel. If I knew that ahead of time, I would've booked something in the old town.

The room size was great. The location is beautiful, but it is a bit of a walk from the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Truly a unique hotel with old world elegance and charm. We were welcomed as if we were returning home. Very charming and professional staff. Food was amazing. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
