From the minute we walked in the door, the staff where very friendly and willing to assist. We arrived earlier then our check-in time, the staff were willing to assist us with check-in early.

The hotel is located in a great place 5 minutes by car from Interlaken inside of a village. The room was clean with a beautiful view on the mountain and the village. There was inside parking for the car. The breakfast was great too. I definitely recommend it.

Rooms were nice but crowded; a little outdated. Hotel was a little pricey, but definitely cheaper than surrounding areas.

The location was perfect in between everything in the area. The breakfast and dinner there were great! Staff was friendly.

The space is really tiny. I know the intention is really to just sleep and shower but it would be nice to have a bit more space to move around especially if the room is shared.

Idyllic, charming location, in a village outside Interlaken. Close to the train station, with easy connections. I chose the hotel because of the promised Jungfrau view room -- and it delivered!

The location is great for car travelers. It’s close to the train station for Jungfrau trains. The breakfast is decent. From the front of the hotel you can see the Jungfrau clearly. Very nice!

The price is slightly high. I guess we arrived in peak season. But a touch expensive for our liking.

First of all we loved the location of the hotel. We got a room with a balcony. amazing views of Jungfrau. Calm, quiet and having a local vibe. Breakfast was good. Special mention to Karima evening The receptionist was fantastic. She helped us a lot in providing guidance on what to visit. Me and my wife appreciate her help throughout our stay. The check in and check out process was easy as well. Also special mention to people in the dining area was very welcoming during our breakfast times. Overall, we had a good experience at Jungfrau Hotel. Easy access to wilders Wil train station. The convenience store is nearby as well.

The shower stall is tiny. I fit in it just fine, but luckily my husband was not with me on this trip--a tall or large person may not have been comfortable. The bathroom itself, however, was nice and well appointed.

The room was lovely, with a balcony and view of the field in front and the mountains, including the majestic Jungfrau. The food was exceptional.

Scrambled egg was very likely to be overcooked. Be aware that not to be too late to back to Wilderswil as bus/ train after 9:30pm are infrequent (We almost missed the last bus to Wilderswil from Interlaken).

Thanks God that the weather was great during our stay so we had such as gorgeous view of Jungfrau right in front of our balcony. It took us a 10 minute walk (15 minutes with luggages) to get to Alpine INN. The room was clean and tidy, and the space was just right for 2 persons. We had chill moments at the hotel. Breakfast was provided in the little house near the entrance. If you prefer quiet neighbourhood, Wilderswil is a good choice with two supermarkets near the train stations.

Never heard of a 200 CHF fine if the water spills out of the shower area which is very weird as the shower is not a closed space. They only had a curtain. It makes sense if this was for a bathtub but it did not make sense for shower without a door. Had to take bath cautiously which is not what you want to do on a vacation. Apart from that, no complaints. Also, no lift but luckily I got a room on the ground floor

I did not expect the annex to be an old motel, it looks a bit tired from the outside with no real wow factor like the main building which is a short walk away. The annex is on a busy road leading up to the mountains and could be a bit loud, thankfully it wasn't so busy at night. When you look beyond the busy road though, you have mountain views, so not all was lost. The bathroom was so small that I hit my head on the sink while bending down in the shower. The shower curtain was right up to the sink. No plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom. The only plug was by the desk and there is no mirror. TV is too small for the room. Because the price was the same for the main hotel and the annex, I would have expected similar amenities.

The view at a distance was nice as it looked towards the mountains. The room was spacious with a balcony. Ample seating.
