The location was excellent, out of the city of Lugano but not too far. It was very calm and relaxing. The wellness was amazing as we could enter anytime a day.

Our room on the top floor had a large and open terrace, offerring a lot of light through its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and a spectacular wide view to Lugano and its lake. In the morning you could just watch the clouds lifting and clearing the horizon. | The room had adequate size and it was well equipped. | Large and tasty selection for the (included) breakfast. | Parking was on site, close to the hotel entrance. |

Maybe the only thing that I can say I wasn't a great fan of was the restaurant, although I would say our experience wasn't as bad as some of the comments on google. However, I would say it is surely overpriced, even with the Swiss price standards. To be fair, the food was good, but nothing special, and the service was also good.

The food at the restaurant was actively bad. The views from the restaurant were amazing, but if you're having a romantic evening I would recommend any other restaurant nearby.

Fantastic! Beautiful views from every location, room was extremely clean, fresh, and inviting. They provide totes, pool/spa towels, flip flops, everything you could need to enjoy their facilities left inside your room. Very easy to navigate with our dog as well. The spa & pools were pristine. Certainly a place I would have loved to stay even longer!

After a stressful drive up to the hill full of dangerous turnings, we didn’t have parking because the hotel was full so we had to leave the car in the disable parking slot. We went to the spa which appears bigger on the photos and we sadly had a bad experience. There was a couple almost having sex in one of the darkest saline pools and we felt so uncomfortable to enter there that we had to go to another one. However it is a small space so we could still see the couple in a very sexy position, I’m sure they were having sex so I reported them. In the sauna you need to enter naked… as soon as I saw a penes I left. During dinner our waitress promised us the wine menu and a blanket because I was cold. We had to tell her three times we needed those things. At the end my husband had to get up and get the blanket. I asked for tortellini which was 27 crowns approx and I only had 5 pieces of pasta on my plate… it was a very expensive dinner and we end up being hungry.

The views of the restaurant are amazing and also the views from the outdoor pool. The room was ready for our honey moon with petals and the duvet had a heart shape. You can choose your pillow

Slightly on the pricey side, but understandable! Menu at the restaurant is a little limited, would be nice to have more options for veg/pescatarians Room service is limited with charges for any requests, such as additional bottles of water/towels etc There was some construction work going on nearby the hotel that made it a little noisy during the day, but not an issue overall

It is very easy to see why this is a sought after location and property for a get-away The drive up from the bottom of the mountain to the hotel is as scenic as it gets If you're into your cars/racing, you'll be greeted with corkscrews and hairpins We upgraded to a room with a balcony and the views were nothing short of breath taking and astonishing The transition between the rooms was smooth and hands-free The amenities at the hotel are absolutely immaculate - spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and numerous other features in the spa, spacious, were hygienic, clean and well kept The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, they greeted us on every occasion, recommended local attractions and shops The property/hotel/rooms are super clean Atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is lovely and peaceful throughout the day

Be prepared its a good 15 mins drive up the hillside from the main road, this suited us because we liked the escape from the lakeside crowds. We would like the spa to stay open a little later in the evenings for more time after hiking etc to relax.

We loved our stay here over Easter, beautiful views, gorgeous spa area, quiet mountain location, great breakfast. We enjoyed visiting local grotto restaurants for dinner in the evenings. Great location for hiking and cycling (with bike storage). We will definitely return!
