Noisy room, but good enough for a short stay.

All you need for a short stay in Zürich. The room was quite noisy, but you‘ll get ear plugs ;) For the plans I got perfectly situated in Zürich. Uncomplicated check in (room was already ready for check-in in de morning), very friendly stuff, water, tea .. in the hall/reception. Small breakfast but enough.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot of noises from guests and outside. I appreciate that they gave us ear plugs to assist.

Staff were so helpful and kind, the reception team really made us feel welcome and helped with our questions. The room was clean and sizeable and overall very nice. I had a great experience here

Good location, close to the main train station. Very clean minimalist room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows (and I'm a bit difficult to please when it comes to these). There were ear plugs on the bedside table and I was initially worried it would be too noisy during the night, but it wasn't at all! Free tea and coffee (which was nice as I had to leave before breakfast). The staff were very friendly!

Reception closes at 20:00, be aware. Near a big road, but the noise was fine for me.

The breakfast. I'm not sure if they mentioned on the website that they would only serve vegetarian food. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have availed of the service because, as an Asian, I prefer to have at least eggs or bacon in my breakfast.

Location: Near to Zurich HB/Central Station. Old Town with lots of restaurants nearby Staff: Helpful and professional. Facilities: Free coffee/water dispenser/refrigerator/microwave throughout your stay Room: Family room is spacious compared to European standards with a good view.

The room is very sparse. I stayed on the second floor directly opposite a bar and as there is no air conditioning I had to keep the window open, however, the noise from revellers smoking outside kept me awake until late at night. The following morning deliveries for the adjacent businesses started at 6am. I did ask to be moved but the only option was to move me to the back of the hotel, however the local trams start at 4am so I declined. The design of the building and lack of carpets in the communal areas does also mean that the noise in the mornings from the staff going about their duties was also intrusive. This is a 2 star hotel so the facilities reflected this and if I was travelling for pleasure rather than work, it wouldn’t be too bad.

The location in Zurich Old Town and vicinity to Zurich HB is very convenient. Staff really friendly. Very clean.
