We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

QatarWe arrived 2:30pm and we cannot check in until 3pm, so we waited. By 3pm they said our room is still not ready yet, until after half an hour. During our stay there are students who play around the hall and they randomly knock on doors including ours. There is no available security, I think.
The location is near the airport. They have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off the airport, it is for free for a specific time frame. Our room is spacious enough for 4 adults.

CanadaShuttle was terrible. We waited from 6:30 am until 7:10 am for the shuttle to the Airport. We had checked out of our room and down at the front for the 6:40 shuttle. The shuttle was full and were told the next one in 10 minutes but it did not come until 7:10. You should have to book the shuttle or provide more shuttles in the event they are full for the time you want to leave.

SwitzerlandIt was extremely warm inside the room and we could not regulate the temperature. The shower was also not great, the water was either too hard and sharp that it hurts or it was too soft not sufficient to keep the flow through the extension.
The room was quite big and the beds were comfortable.

CanadaWe only needed it for one night since we had to catch an early flight. You need to know that it is next to the highway, so probably not the best location for a longer stay, but rooms are quiet inside.
Free shuttle to and from the airport is really convenient and only Staff was super friendly. We have had an issue with our room but they acted quickly and went the extra mile.. There is also a nice bar where you can get a drink.

United States of AmericaWe reserved and paid for a family room. When we checked in, the only room available was a room with one bed for our family of 3. An extra bed was eventually brought in, past 11pm. The hotel itself was not the caliber I would have expected in Zurich. Maybe in some interior town of Turkey or Estonia. It was not modern, or clean or fresh. The bathroom was completely unacceptable for any hotel in Europe.

AustraliaWe thought Mövenpick was meant to be a better quality brand, but it seemed more like a motel ie. dated decor, no air conditioning (only heating), packet creamer supplied instead of milk, reception desk did not answer calls No Information pack or TV channel about the facilities, restaurant and instructions for using air controls, coffee machine etc Free shuttle bus did not operate between 12-4pm, so we had to get public transport to the hotel. This is not advised anywhere. Movenpick website advertises that all hotels have a Chocolate Hour. This was not the case here. Safes need to be replaced - our valuables got stuck in the safe (as it was too old) and it had to be broken to remove them
