The parking situation is difficult. I was lucky and was able to park my car in the hotel's own parking lot for two days. But you have to be lucky first. If you don't have it, you're in trouble. Zurich is not a car-friendly city.

A hotel worth recommending in almost all respects. The breakfast is rich, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and you can get to your appointments in the city easily and stress-free with the local transportation.

The staff were extremely helpful giving me directions when needed. There was coffee and tea available during the day in Reception. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection on offer. All in all, a really lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

No coffee / tea making facilities in room and no fridge. Though only basic hotel accommodation, this would have made good become great.

Location was great for seeing Zurich on a budget - Trams on doorstep. Small balcony was great for sitting out with a drink. Breakfast was really good and you could make it a substantial meal if you wanted to save on expensive eating out in town. The staff got into the spirit of Easter to make for an overall very pleasant stay.

The last 2 nights of my stay, I had very loud people above me. They were moving furniture at 3am. When I called reception, no one answered. No one is monitoring the phones. What happens if there's an emergency? Also, the room key opened the front door as well. After 9:30, the lobby door was locked. One night, I came in late, tried opening the door, and then it wouldn't close. There were no directions anywhere on what to do. I must've been there for 20 minutes waiting for the lobby door to close.

The staff was great! All were very respectful, kind, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an elevator as well. Breakfast was good.

The room was old, very noisy, breakfast was not very special. Parking in the neighborhood is a challenge: just no spaces available. The city is very expensive, not very clean. The neighborhood of the hotel is not the best.

You can walk to the old city centre (30 minutes)

Nothing really. Prices were Swiss standard of course.

Although the room was sober it was clean and had everything I needed. Bathroom with shower were small but of good quality, everything functioned well. The breakfast was good and they served a great cappuccino. The hotel was not in the center but a bus/tram stop was very nearby with only a few stops to the center.
