The location was beautiful but if you don't own or rent a car, you would depend on just one bus that comes all the way to the hotel. The last bus was at 7.30-8.30 which made it difficult to spend time outside in the city and return quickly.

The location and view from the room was amazing. They have a great restaurant and breakfast menu was exceptional. One male guy from the reception went out of the way to help us arrange taxi and breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality.

The challet has no lifts to carry luggage. The Breakfast has very limited options. Little away from Interlaken OST. If you have swiss pass then its worth commuting by bus.

The rooms were lovely and clean but could do with an update in terms of decor and being modern. I think it would bring it to five stars.

The location and views were incredible. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free boat ride and bus ride as a guest at the hotel topped it off. Would deffo recommend.

Limited Bottled water in the Room. As per the hotel policy, every tap water is drinking water. Property management must understand that no one will fill water from toilet for drinking purpise.

The location was totally worth the money we paid and our room had the best view facing lake. Totally enjoyed the time as the property. Its little away from main train station and bus were der in limited timings. So havjng a car is the best thing. Staff were friendly and food was gud as well.

Transport option to Interlaken west or Interlake Ost should be provided via hotel as complimentary service to attract more guests. Only route no 21 is the public transportation available which is off very less frequency.

Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Room was nice, comfortable with nice mountain view. However, the hotel does not have elevator within the property which could be concern at times.

The last bus from the main city is around 7pm. So you have to come back, unless you have a car. Restaurant lacks options. Breakfast was the same during the 4 days I stayed there.

Lovely stay in Interlaken. Love the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. Good location away from the busy centre. Bus stop is just across the road. Breakfast was amazing. Great selection. Staff were friendly and we were allowed to check-in early too!
