Main reception and hall is lovely. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall it’s a lovely hotel. Great location!

While Room Service was available, they did not do a thorough job and it all felt a bit rushed. E.g, the bins were not emptied and beds not made properly. We stayed for a week so would have been nice to have this done properly. Also, we were informed that given the length of the stay, if we wanted the room cleaned regularly, there would be a charge, which seemed a little unfair given the prices we paid already. Would also have been nice to be provided with information on the city (e.g. city map), without specifically requesting this ourselves as the amount of trams and buses can be confusing when visiting for the first time.

The Hotel is very centrally located, literally a 3 minute walk from the main Cornavin Station. There is a Tram and Bus Stop right outside too which takes you towards the Lake which is easily accessible. The size of the room was big and we had a little kitchen which helped, given the high prices at the restaurants. The breakfast was really good, with both hot and cold food buffet selections. Would stay here again, just for the location!

Having one treadmill in the gym . Better keep the free weights and get rid of the weight machine .and put another tread mill and an extra elliptical and the whole thing would be perfect

The shower in the bathroom

Lovely hotel and convenient for the station. Only a 10 min walk to Lake Geneva. Rome was spacious. Shower in the bathroom wasn’t great due to it being low down so you had to lift it off to shower and then the bathroom flooded. There was renovations going on outside our room which started at 7.30 am. It didn’t spoil our stay and would recommend .

The spa was half working and the wet sauna had a strange smell and not so pleasant. But all that to say, the spa was clean and very well stocked.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are older but updated. The paint looked fresh and things were maintained well. The room was a great size and layout. There was a good selection of food at breakfast

Unfortunately we had a negative experience with one of the concierge staff, he was extremely unhelpful and rude.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the tram line, and close to the airport. The hotel smells amazing! We loved our room, and the breakfast was fab.

The reception didn't explain all the procedures for the hotel. We had to continually go back to find out things about the hotel, like breakfast times, location, check out time, if we needed to book a table in the restaurant. We also had to go back and ask for a map of geneva. The hotel is under renovation. We had 2 rooms booked 1 a junior suite. The room had not been renovated and was dark and dingy, extremely warm. We asked to be moved to a room that looked like the one advertised on the website and was moved. This room was excellent just what we were expecting. Overall the hotel is lovely just reception staff need to give your information when checking in. We had a meal in The bistro, the food was good.

The toilet seat had some pooh stains. The receptionist didn’t gave us any information at the check in she gave us a paper with a code and didn’t explain that we can use it to go back to the airport… etc.. I booked this hotel with few months before for my birthday and didn’t even receive a card with wishes… poor quality of service …

I do like the atmosphere and the room. But I was book for the triple beds room. I do appreciate it that reception help us to upgrade the room, but it's kinda tricky that three man sleep in a room with 2 beds. Anyway, it is a good experience.
