In our opinion: firstly, the balcony door seems unable to stay at any angel, other than fully closed or open, which is inconvenient, especially in winter. Secondly, the breakfast is not included in the room rate, and is a bit pricey.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and walking distance to the Luzern railway station, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself is efficient and has provided us with exceptional convenience. The rooms are clean and cozy, and both the reception and restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating, significantly enhancing our overall experience. Specifically, the balcony with the view of Luzern lake is stunning and memorable.

This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We wished all five start hotels were like yours. Congratulations!

We booked for 2 nights for a river view room and put a note that it was our honeymoon. We got the most beautiful room on top floor with a wonderful decoration on our bed and a stunning view to the river and the mountains. We even received a cake with the Happy Honeymoon note on the plate and a beautiful letter from the hotel. The location was a top notch, close to everything within a short walk and the view to the lake was a million dollar. The breakfast was great with sparkling wine included even though we didn’t drink it. The turndown service was the best ever, everynight we received chocolates and a little story book with a different stories every night and they were actually tru stories that happened in the hotel over time. We couldn’t be happier and were so impressed with the whole experience, we extended another 2 nights there as we loved the hotel so much. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. We will come back there in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all the hotel staffs.

True Grand Hotel , from the moment I stepped into the lobby , I felt welcomed and looked after by the staff. Room was very spacious for a single occupancy and breakfast was excellent with a variety of products to satisfy all tastes. Restaurants and bars were also of the highest level. Location outstanding as I didn’t have to use any transport for my business in the city centre.
