No Kettle in the room- facilities for tea coffee would make it better.

Location at the edge of Lake. Very close to Mount Rigi base point. But each time had to go to Luzern for other places -sightseeing. Staff was very co-operative. Cruise from Weggis to Lucerne was great.

We wouldn't change a thing about this place!

We had a room on the top floor with the most stunning view of the lake and the ferries. The hotel is charming, the staff goes above and beyond, in particular Andrea who is simply amazing, helpful and very much on top of everything going on. We were impressed that at breakfast, which was really very good, how multi-lingual staff was and that they could seemingly speak the language of anyone staying at the hotel! Dinner at the restaurant either inside or on the beautiful veranda was excellent. A calm, safe, peaceful place to stay with the park and waterfront right out the door and everything a short walk away, including the ferry landing.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Only one person serving hot drinks so we were never offered one. There was barely any food left in the buffet. More staff needed in morning.

Great location with beautiful views over the lake and mountains. The room was old, but clean and comfortable, and quiet. Lovely evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

Parking was tight but I think they have an agreement with a parking lot/garage nearby. Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful location and view! Room was clean and well appointed with ample closet space. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure. The room had windows that could open fully to capture the lake breezes. The on site restaurant had just reopened during our stay and the food was delicious at dinner. The seating was on the outdoor terrace and right on the lake. The staff were very kind.

The seating in the rooms isn’t the most comfortable and I would’ve loved to have a travel safe or mini-fridge for water.

The hotel is right on the waterfront and has wonderful seating to take advantage of. The kitchen has yet to disappoint and the management seems pleasant. The hotel has a lift to use for luggage and has a cozy feel.

Beer festival weekend. The noise at night was horrendous. Impossible to sleep with windows open due to noise, and impossible to sleep with them closed due to no air conditioning.

Beautiful situation. Stunning view. Quiet initially. Hotel tired and in need of modernisation. In saying that it was clean and was just a base as we travelled each day.

location. perfect. 1 min to boat ride. 7 mins to mount rigi ride. and bus stop just next to hotel. many restaurants near by. Most imp it is in Lake with magnificent views.

Practical accommodation right by the lake shore. Old hotel, doesn't seem recently renovated, but well kept & with all necessary amenities - guess it gives it more "character", but that's a subjective call. The room wasn't big, but decently-sized though. Nice lakeview even is the window is rather small (so, in case the view is important, make sure to pick the rooms with a balcony).

The beds where uncomfortable and the pillows were to soft. No kettle in the room for tea eventhough the staff were happy to give us hot water when requested.

The location was good, next to the lake and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking onsite was also a big convenience and the wifi was good.

The restaurant is closed, so the evenings are difficult for food, because the village is so small. The room is dated and would badly need an update.

Good breakfast, tidy room, perfect location for Luzern lake activities. Good service. Good value for money
