Unfortunately, the SPA was not 100%, there is are 3 dry saunas and a steam sauna that's it. And only two chairs to rest. So when you want to rest you have to go back to your room when it's busy. . No Jacuzzi or swimming pool. So, not a real SPA. also the spa was only open from 4 pm. But in the summer there is a big garden and you have the lake.

The room was fantastique, the breakfast was excellent. Nice views from the restaurant.

We booked a garden view standard room and two lake view deluxe rooms for our stay with our family. The only difference was what floor the rooms were on, (exactly the same view)and the bathroom in the deluxe room was for a disabled person. When we asked for a room with an ordinary bathroom we were told they didn’t have any available. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful.

Beautiful location, lovely big rooms and very clean and comfortable. The staff in the bar lounge area were fantastic. Very friendly and polite and great service.

The hotel has a wonderful location, right on the lake, and all rooms have breathtaking lake view. We had one of the rooms recently re-designed and refurbished, which felt very nice, airy and state of the art. The large balcony with an amazing lake and mountain view was absolutely superb. Love the down pillows and duvet as well!

I think there was a shortage of staff at the restaurant during breakfast time. You order drinks for breaksfast and it comes after 10minutes wait.

Room Breakfast Hotel Location: it is not near city center but the hotel provides city pass, so you can pick a bus in front of the hotel for free. And the bus stop it’s literally in the front of the hotel This hotel is amazing!!!

Limited choice of dining menu. The air conditioner doesn’t heat.

Excellent location, nice, tidy and clean property. Rooms are spacious enough. Property has its own pier by the lake and the view of the lake and yonder snow capped mountains from any place of property is amazing! The bus 24 stops right in front of the hotel.

A bit far from the city, but it allows to have a calm area. Bus stop is just in front of the door, much more easy then taking the car.

Really nothing! It's a bit far from the downtown area, but we knew that when we booked and enjoyed the long walk around the lake.

This is a very beautiful hotel, right on the lake. I imagine during the summer it's absolutely mobbed because the location is perfect for enjoying the lake. Our room was huge, with a seating area to enjoy a coffee in the morning and we had a large sliding glass door overlooking the water. Only a juliet balcony, but still perfect to get the fresh air. Also, there is a two level bar at the hotel overlooking the water. One level had billards and we played for hours with the kids and the waitstaff were kind enough to bring the kids snacks. We had an excellent brunch at the hotel as well.
