we like Veronica. She is super sweet, sincere, warm, welcoming. The hotel is very nice, plus, it has a laundry! That is very cool! In the cupboard there is a microwave, espresso machine, assorted tea and coffee, kettle, fridge, just what we need in a hotel room. The lighting was good, the bathroom was clean. There was a hairdryer for drying my hair. The room was great We didn't even need the tv. We could watch tv at home.

There was some road construction nearby which made it tricky to arrive by car but we managed. Temporary issue.

Verónica was an amazing hostess. Very helpful. The unit is an old character rich house close to town and restaurants.. Had everything we needed and expected. Awesome laundry set up for guest use.

Nothing I can say as such .. yet in future if they could plan an elevator to the top most floor just to carry luggage’s.. as the top floor rooms are the most beautiful ones with balconies to breathtaking views .. that little comfort will be an advantage to the people travel with heavy luggage’s.. otherwise everything was sooo beautiful and well organised.. a must visit and stay ..

We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady over at reception. Although we were early, she offered us early check-in without any extra charges. Offered great advice on where to head to and which areas to avoid during our stay there as there were some events going on. The room was clean, large and was well-equipped with all the amenities that you might need. At night, the hotel is lit up with fairy lights, making it look so magical. To the lady who welcomed us, sorry we didn't get your name. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly with your smile.

The foot path needs repair I stepped in the potholes a couple of times especially at night.

We had such a lovely time, location was great (around 5 mins walk from Interlaken West), we had everything in the aparthotel. And the host, Veronica was such a lovely lady. She was kind and thoughtful throughout our stay! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay in Interlaken
