I arrived after 11 pm, after the reception had closed. The hotel were helpful and clear how I could get in and find my room. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the railway station but I think there is a tram.

The code on the key that one is supposed to use in order to enter late at night did not work. I had to call at midnight to be provided the correct code. However, they picked up immediately and helped me. Luckily it was just a slight inconvenience in this case, but could have been worse in case my phone were out of charge.

Nice room, super close to the bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a separate room to iron clothes if you need. Room was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The pungent smell in my room. It must have been a toilet cleaner... Airing the room helped quickly.

Good selection on the of breakfast menu, superior to most *** Hotels. Everything looked fresh and appetising. Scrambled egg probably kept at too high a temperature and was thus pretty solid, but this is a frequent one at hotels. Otherwise nothing to criticise.

We left a phone charger in the room and we could not get it back. At the check-in we were told that breakfast was included but in the end we had to pay for it (an absurd amount of money for what it was) If you want to park the car you pay an extra (although they state it as a service in the hotel website) The room was minimal, no water boiler (which was a problem with a neonate)

Breakfast option is poor in my opinion, would be good to at least include eggs, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, porridge, oatmeal, almond milk.

Staff were amazing, very helpful, the room is great, beds and pillow were so comfy, slept really well there, shower is a bit small, location is perfect and well connected to many nice areas, it's too bad they didn't not have a terrace and breakfast looked a bit poor from far (this is why i chose to opt it out and not pay for it).

The room was very clean and the employees are very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the employee at the breakfast (Gasper or Kacper - not sure how to spell his name) was very friendly and did a very good job in serving the guests.

The shower head is very low. I wish there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was no complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.

Used this hotel as it was close to the Beaulieu conference centre and it was perfect as a base for the conference. The concierges were great and made me feel very welcome, which is important when you've landed very late in a foreign country. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. There was a little garden filled with tulips which was lovely. I had a garden room and it was very quiet.

The pillows where uncomfortable to both of us in the room and the room was quite warm. I don't know the internal capabilities of resolving the second because we just opened the window since the weather permitted it and we stayed only 2 nights.

Very satisfied overall by the staff, the facilities generally and cleanliness. Good location, it has very easy access with public transport with relatively high frequency. Not very close to the train station, but still not too far to go on foot if one doesn't carry too heavy luggage. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with a satisfying range of shops. Also, several restaurants and bars are in close enough distance to go easily on foot.

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable, to soft.

The people at the reception was friendly all the time, gave us good information and help every time. The bathroom and shower were very good.the offer for a small breakfast is a great idea.
