The late night room-service menu could have a few more things added to it.

The friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the doors. The room was furnished and decorated beautifully, was very clean and the bed was super comfortable (a good nights sleep was had!). The spa is a fantastic amenity at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand. The facilities, the atmosphere and the staff all create a relaxing experience (the outdoor heated pool with the view of the mountains was definitely a highlight for me).

A mirror on the way out was missing in the room, a few more hangers for towels in the bathroom would be appreciated, the 2 matrreses on the bed did not hold together, the heating was cold when we entered the room.

This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The area is very touristy, was dissatisfied most of the restaurants and shops are focused on Chinese tourism which has taken away some of the charm as we struggled to find a authentic local restaurant

The prices are so high

Staff were amazing and very friendly specially Stark and the people in concierge and services. The reception staff only were only ok and not too friendly. We liked the view and the room was so clean and well organized. The best thing is the location and the quality of the hotel with its facilities.

One minor issue was the rug in our room was slippery, this can be dangerous for elderly people.

The hotel room was fabulous. Customer service from check-in to check-out was great. They provided refreshments upon check-in and a little gift upon check-out. Fabulous spa and pool area. The outdoor spa was rejuvenating and offers a great view of the mountains. Restaurants with outdoor seating is great as well. A park is situated in front of the hotel where one can often see people land from paragliding.

The hotel restaurants closed too early at night

Its very spacious and yet royalty The physical facilities especially the modern toilet worked perfectly. The mountain view is unmatched.
