Great location and quiet. The staff were great. We booked Vision Apartments at the last minute as we left our other accommodation as it was poor. Vision Apartments staff responded to our requests promptly. The 2 apartments we booked were clean and comfortable, and had all necessary facilities. When the bathroom tap leaked, we were moved to another apartment within an hour.

(1) On my day of arrival, I received this message from the staff: "We kindly ask you to check the inventory list that can be found on the apartment door. Should you notice any discrepancies or damage, please inform us about it within 3 days of your check-in. Please kindly note that our tenants take full financial responsibility for unreported damage". That wasn't written explicitly on booking website, and I strongly advise you to put such information to make it clear to anyone. (2) No free pass transportation (you get one if you stay in any hotel anywhere in Switzerland). (3) The shower faucet was defective, and I had to dry the floor myself after every shower. (4) The bed was very noisy because the bed slates weren't in shape. (5) Every time I had to contact the staff, I got an automatic message that a new ticket was opened and they would reply to me after 24 hours. Such communication isn't pleasant.

Clean room and bathroom. Spacious room. There are many appliances (iron, hair dryer, microwave, big TV). The location is close to the Metro station which takes you everywhere. The view from the window is nice, and the curtains are good and strong. Very honestly, they sent me extra towels, and a new iron the next day because the one I had didn't work. I would say they are responsive but after some time. It would be a good place if you gonna stay for one week or longer, but not for a short tourist trip.

The shower cabine it could be closed only fron outside. She shower was broken and the wc door was missing. They promissed to send somebody to fix but, no.

No aircon in the room. Was really hot during summer days I was there. The fan in the room just blow hot air around.

There was a code that was sent to me to access the property. It was easy to find the property from the directions given. Area is very safe as well.

Totally inflexible. Not 1 minute before checking and not 1 minute after check out. Also mind you the check out time was 1000 hours and not 1100 hours as usual in all hotels.

Contactless checking. No flexibility. The door opens only at 1500 hours. You have to wait with your luggage. Also, we were 10 minutes late in checking out, at 10.10 I could not get out of the property and no one picks up the call on Sunday.

would not provide access code - insisted I had not provided documentations prior to my arrival (which I did)- during my train ride from Zurich airport to Lausanne refused to provide access code to the building - I kept sending them by phone pictures of my passport - arrived in Lausanne rail station still without the access code - an hour later the access code came by text perhaps having to deal with Poland is not the way to go

Pretty dated and could do with a refresh. Nothing polarising or terrible but just a bit rough around the edges and the kitchen and bathroom had stained surfaces (but they were still clean).

Great location, easy to find and very good check in instructions. Modestly appointed and comfy enough but certainly nothing glamorous. Very quiet considering the proximity to roads and the city sounds.

The price was high though It was different from all the hotels i have been to there is no reception and they don't offer breakfast It is more like apartments rental. It's a self check in hotel where you are provided with the code of the main entrance as well as your apartment code before your arrival when you finish the booking and send your passport ID You are not allowed to enter your room before 15:00 since the code won't be working before 15:00. I only saw one of the staff the first day on my arrival and then i didn't see anyone for like 4 days. The office was always closed when i pass by It didn't give me a hotel vibe It is More like a modern dorm studio.

The studio was very clean and modern fully equipped with a small kitchen Very close to the metro station and to the city center As well as the CHUV The staff let me enter the room before 15:00 since it was ready.
