The facilities were dated with obvious wear and tear in some places. There was strong sewer smell and rhe entrance to our stairwell was beside the rubbish bins which also smelled. The tennis court and games room need to be renewed.

Breakfast was adequate. The staff were excellent. The evening meal was fabulous. The snorkeling gear was in good condition and clean. The grounds were clean and under continuous maintenance.

Friendly knowledgeable staff at reception, the restaurant, and the pool - nothing was too much trouble. Great location for swimming and snorkelling. Reasonabley priced foid for the quality. Gardens immaculate. Everyone was super happy and smiley. Bus stopped at the door. We loved the Spaghetti House too ...so delicious 😋

The wifi we purchased at the resort didn't reach all the way to our rooms which was a little disappointing for our teenagers, but it worked out perfectly as they weren't on their phones 24/7 lol. The last night of our stay our 6 children aged 15 to 6 were swimming in the pool, all the grandmothers were watching them. A wedding party decided to all jump into the pool in their clothes. Many of them had been drinking and they broke all the rules pertaining to using the pool ... back flips, bombs, pushing others into the water. They were very rowdy, drunk and not wearing appropriate swimming attire. The staff seemed reluctant to say anything to them which felt unsafe for our children. We got them out of the pool.

Included continental breakfast was great for our family of 30 who were there for my daughter's wedding. The rooms and villa we rented were lovely. I was upgraded from a Superior Garden to a Lagoon View room which was much appreciated. The staff were amazing! Always so gracious and responsive. We appreciated how hard they all worked to take care of guests. The food was great, and the convenience of so many other eating places closeby a bonus! The children's and adults daily activities made it an easy holiday, and snorkelling in the lagoon a daily activity. But the pool really was the star of the show for our whānau! Being able to swim from 8 am to 10 pm was the absolute highlight for all our kids. Thanks Edgewater :)

We had a room with a door into another room (adjoining room) and you could hear clearly the people talking in the other room so next time I would request a room not adjoining.

Continental Breakfast was included and it was excellent - staff were very friendly and very helpful - the room was cleaned daily and the everything was spotless and cleaning staff were lovely.

On first glance, the pool appeared smaller than pictured, more options at the buffet for kids would have been great.

Access to beach and snorkeling was perfect, easy to get around the island. Great range of activities through the day. Great staff that helped make our stay great.

1) We were concerned of the low ceiling in our garden view room. The ceiling fan would be a concern for families with children who instinctively go to jump on the bed. 2) The bathroom extractor fan didn't work. Reception were informed. This was not addressed during our stay. The bathroom condensation was evident. Towels laid on the bathroom floor because it was slippery. (Closing the bathroom windows, leaving the bathroom lights on, to dry up the floor was our solution.) 3) The smell of raw sewer around the property was unpleasant; one day it was pungent, another time it was lingering, hope this can be addressed.

Enjoyed the continental breakfast, great for families/groups, selection was really good. The house cleaning were very good. The layout of the rooms were neat and tidy. The pictures on the walls were specific to the "Island", the block of rooms belonged to; this was a great touch making it memorable. The dinner was well cooked, the menu selection was 'safe' and themed nights was a delight. Beautiful tropical gardens, footpaths were clear of debris, ensuring central access to the pool, restaurant & other services were much appreciated.

The food menu was limited, and none of the food was amazing. Facilities outdated. Not having free wifi was also a set back. A lot of kids in the pool at all times (our fault for not staying at an adults only however)

Pool size Being a family orientated resort I felt the pool was not adequate for the number of guests An adult only pool would be great Breakfasts were adequate but I felt they could be improved.
