Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lost wifi for the last 24 hrs of our stay but we were assisted to use the reception wifi

Location nice but slightly further from main swimming area than I thought it would be. Would have liked to have been provided with muslei option for breakfast every time.
Breakfast was good. Location nice but slightly further from main swimming area than I thought it would be. Very nice having private swimming pool and two rooms with large beds and separate bathrooms was really good. Would be a great place to stay for two couples wanting to share cost of upmarket accommodation as both bedrooms where of similar size and standard.

Loved our beachfront villa. Absolute luxury with a private pool and spa..the view from our room was breathtaking..the breakfast was excellent and we opted to have it delivered the night before. Our driver was waiting for us a5 the airport and basket of goodies awaited us, a bottle of bubbles and a special gift for my grandson's birthday..I can't thank Toni and the team enough..I would return again in a heartbeat ❤️

There wasn't anything we didn't like in particular about the villas. Just a note - the property offers luxury villas and a spa service, but there is no restaurant or bar on site. We were aware of this so it wasn't an issue for us and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but worth noting. I would also recommend hiring a car or scooter while on the island, as everything is quite spread out.
We were travelling for our honeymoon and we could not have had a better stay! The host greeted us on arrival and the service was exceptional. We were presented with two bottles of wine on arrival and a complimentary gift basket of snacks. We were also upgraded to one of the ocean front villas halfway through our stay. The villas are spacious, modern and well laid out - more than enough space for two couples or a family. We made great use of the pool (and spa in the beachfront villa). The breakfast was delicious - it was delivered to our villa fresh every morning. Both continental and hot food options - which you cook yourself in the kitchen facilities provided in the villa.

Only negative was the dishwasher. the spring return on the door was so power full that it would slam shut and them break glasses on the inside.
The room and outlook over the ocean was amazing. Really enjoyed the private pool

Receptionist gave key from our villa somebody else and those people went in our villa and we don't know what they stolen 🥵 Absolutely terrible, never again here, find another place. And also We asked for 500 AZD cash and resort charged us 17 AZD and for what ? And last 2 thinks - we just had 1 massage and in Reception would like charge 2 and we payed for large and expensive villa and annoying Lady from Reception strictly said we have to live 11 o clock. So worsened stay....Choose another one.

reception and communication is not to the standard you would expect at this rate per night. Internet should be covered until you check out.
The property is lovely however the reception is hardly attended and there is no way to contact anyone .if you need help.

Be careful of the doors shutting if you are by yourself like I was. Rookie error on my part but had to disturb the neighbours and run through their apartment to get back in to mine. Luckily I hadn’t locked the beachside door.
The beachside villa was bsolutely amazing! It was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Solo traveller, child free and it was just what I needed. Close to everything in Muri and the walk along the beach at sunset is amazing.
