It's impossible to set the right water temperature in the shower: it's either too hot or cold. No door between the living room and the bedroom, limited lights in the bedroom.

Location close to the center, to the swimming spot, and to the Moai site known to be good to watch the sunset, size of the room, balcony. A big thank you to the owner who drove us to the airport on the Xmas Day when there were no taxis!

Its a small resort of 3-4 cabanas that is being administrated by marvelous host Ximena. She was friendly helpful and very professional. You can feel a woman touch to the facility, clean, with the taste in regards to home decor and furniture. Very cozy and I loved also fully equipped kitchen so you can have your great breakfast prepared by yourself :)

Perfect place. Comfortable, but the true value is in the owners. After they took us to the airport our original flight was cancelled. A message later and they returned to the airport, picked us up and let us stay for another night without hesitation.

We stayed in the bungalow for 5 nights in October 2023. The room was clean and well appointed. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. We felt like it was a “home away from home”. Short 10 minute walk to some excellent restaurants and to the coastal walk.

Ideal place for a family traveling with teenagers -3 beds and 2 baths with everything you need to cook your own breakfasts/meals. The cabana is comfortable, spacious and well located. Ximena was very nice and picked us up at the airport with flowers and dropped us off with shell collars. In addition, she made arrangements to improve the wifi connection in our cabana.

Everything ! From the welcoming at the airport (with flowers) to the end of our trip everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well equipped. The bed was comfortable. the place is very quiet and we enjoyed our time on our patio so much. The owner was also so kind to us and she made sure we were ok and didn’t miss anything, plus she had tones of good recommandations (food, tours, etc). the location was also great, 10min from center walking distance and bonus part : right around the corner there is a minimarket that has a lot and mostly fresh and delicious vegetables !

Too many noisy roosters around.

We Were met at the airport as expected. The cabin was spacious, simply furnished but well equipped with eating and some cooking necessities. Location is good, with a mini-mart around the corner, and a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

We loved it! Clean, quiet, and near everything. we were able to walk for meals, tickets, tours, shopping. our host was so sweet, picked us up from the airport, had a big bottle of water waiting for us which got us ready to start exploring as soon as we got there. The bed and pillows were super comfy and I’m pretty picky. Overall 10/10 fully recommended.

As everywhere on Easter island, the Wi-Fi was slightly intermittent but this is just the way things are on Easter Island so not a negative of the property

Lovely location in a luscious garden surrounded by flowers and plants. Big bed, nice bathroom, comfy chairs on the porch and a helpful drying rack for clothes. The host Ximena and her son were outstanding - they met us from the airport with flower necklaces, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always available for questions either in person or on WhatsApp. Easter island itself is amazing too - we loved it.

Ximena is a super friendly and caring host. Cabañas Raupa is as well the perfect place to stay in Rapanui. Highly recommended !

Ximena is doing much more than what is to be expected. She has been a helpful, warmhearted angel. The lovely and thoughtfully decorated Cabanas were more a home than just a place to stay. The location is excellent near a little shop and just a few steps away from Tahai, which is a site that can be entered for free to watch the sunset.

An exceptional lodging. Well maintained, modern, super clean with daily maid service. Kitchen well stocked with new things. Great hosts, Ximena replied in a very timely manner to messages. In a lovely garden setting.

The house is very comfortable and looks recently renovated, even nicer than on the pictures! It's big and has a very good bed, good shower and a kitchen you can really use. The terrace in the front is a perfect place to have breakfast in the sun, surrounded by plants. Location is great, quiet but close to everything, near one of the archeological sites in one direction, and the town in the other direction. The owner went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From the first day when we were welcomed at the airport to the last day we were taken care of :) This place really exceeded our expectations and made our visit to the island absolutely unforgettable.
