Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The fitness room is only open from 7 am, not good if you want to train before an early morning meeting or departure. One of two elevators broken during the whole time of our 4 night-stay. As said above, there is nothing for the tourist visitor close to the hotel. Not that there is much in the rest of Puerto Montt either, for tourism it is better to go to Puerto Varas some 15 minutes/km north.
A business class hotel a bit "off" in Puerto Montt. Well-equipped, fairly modern and very clean rooms. Fitness room and in-door swimming pool in the building. A nice bar and good restaurant on the entrance level. That was good because there is absolutely nothing in terms of bars, restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

The elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay, which was very inconvenient. Regarding the breakfast, it would be very nice to have healthier options.
For the most part, is was clean, relatively new and well appointed.

Nothing - it’s not the property’s fault that Puerto Montt is a little boring haha

We stayed only one night. The staff at check-in and in the restaurant were professional and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We particularly liked the location, which is quiet yet only a 4-5 block walk from the downtown and harbour.

I didn’t like that been 2 adults and 1 kid (9years old) we have only two shower towels and only one set of shampoo and gel. I don’t like to have to ask when they have already the booking for 3 people. The water in the swimming pool doesn’t looks clean.

Taxi confused about name and location.
Exceptionally pleasant modern decor. Receptionist was especially helpful with finding me a cc airport transfer and early box breakfast. Good restaurant service and menu. Very peaceful and pleasant dining room. My room modern and comfortable.

The first room we got smelled bad, but the stuff changed it immediately.

This is an older hotel that was purchased by another brand and remodeled, but the rooms still feel a bit musty in places. Apparently, they are still remodeling as I could hear the construction going on above me on a different floor. Since I had to leave very early in the morning to make the bimodal ferry, they offered me a breakfast "to go" which was nice, but, unfortunately, it wasn't much. But, since the restaurant is quite good, I am sure that if had I had time to have breakfast at the hotel, it would have been excellent.
The hotel is well located in the heart of the city and the dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent.

Great hotel, a little away from city centre but supermarket handy walk away. Room was quite large, super comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Breakfast was awesome with great variety. Staff super friendly and helpful and cool that a few spoke English. We actually left another hotel in the city centre to come back to this one as we liked it so much
