Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChileThere was no door on the bathroom and whenever anyone walked past our room it was extremely loud. I woke up many times during the night because of this.
The breakfast was exceptional and the facilities very nice.

ChileWe felt it would have been more relaxing for us without having little kids running around.
We had a truly wonderful time. The rooms were amazing, and the staff made an exception for us and moved my husband and I to a room with a bathroom with a door. The staff went out of their way to make our time special.

United States of AmericaWe did a couple massages. The massage is a baby oil rub down. The 2 ladies did not have the room ready with cool temperatures mind you it was 90 degrees outside and they turned the ac when we arrived. No water was even offered nor a pre massage time to relax. They wanted to do my wife’s massage with her bikini top. Breakfast starts at 9am if you have an early activity you will miss it they don’t do to go food packs.
The grounds well manicured, the restaurant menu, staff attention

ChileIncluded breakfast can improve, for sure. Eggs a little under cooked, and buffet variety and quality isn't as good as the hotel experience. But no biggy.
Service and the staff's attitude of service was above all. The hotel exceeded my expectations with the Barrell shaped rooms, which are awesome, and the whole vibe in the middle of a wineyard. SPA, food, pool, Hot tubs under the vineyards, you name it... whatever you need whenever you need it. My family and I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

United States of AmericaI would have liked coffee in the lobby before 9 am when the restaurant opened. We learned here in Chile though that things aren’t opened as early as in the States. It was not a big deal!
The wine barrel rooms were so quaint and cozy. The bathroom down below was very spacious and had a winding staircase! It was awesome, just so much fun to stay in! They stay included breakfast also. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Lots of pastries plus eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt and more!

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing bad comes to mind
Superb boutique hotel/mini resort. Besides the obviously unique barrel-shaped rooms (that are also extremely comfortable), they have a nice pool, a lake, a garden for meals/wine and a great restaurant with excellent choice. They’ll do a very kate check out for a reasonable fee so it’s ideal if you are catching a late flight or driving to Santiago.

NetherlandsThat they did not include the jacuzzi in the garden but that you had to pay for them. Quite a lot, 45.000 pesos for 45 min. This was not really visible on the website.
everything was really great! They had a nice breakfast, the pool was really nice, comfy beds next to the pool to relax in, really nice restaurant, very helpful staff and the place where you sleep in was really awesome!

United KingdomFor the price, I would have expected a couple of additional touches such as a welcome bottle of wine in the rooms, for the water not to be charged at room service costs, and most of all for the bike hire to be included in the cost of the room subject to availability. I would not recommend hiring the bikes - it is 30.000 pesos for a day, per person, and the roads around the hotel are busy with cars and buses passing constantly. Taxis are very cheap and much safer/more enjoyable.
The rooms at this hotel are unique and beautiful - the design is very effectively done, with the bathroom on the -1 floor (which is enormous and very luxurious). The setting of the hotel is also very beautiful, next to the vineyard and with a decent-sized pool for cooling off when sunbathing, and plenty of beds for the hotel guests. Breakfast was good, and the dining area is on a lovely terrace.

United States of AmericaNo hot water in bathroom sink but shower was good The hot tub was not good and Valentina refused to refund the cost. They put us in the least private unit. Was told we would be all alone, but instead the construction workers kept walking bye and saying hola. Why they put us smack in the middle one and not in one that had wood walls around us, I have no idea. Do we just got out and went back to our room-10.
The breakfast selection was great and presented well. The massage was good Tamara-the only English speaking host was phenomenal

Chilethere is no noise isolation, thus you can hear everything that’s going on outside your room, even a conversation. Makes you wonder how much of the inside stuff can be heard around.

United KingdomWould have been nice to have a more varied menu (just pizza/sandwiches) in the evening.
Amazing to stay in a converted wine barrel - such a fun room and incredibly spacious with a lovely bathroom. Great pool area with daybeds and waitress service. A bit too far from town to walk in but that's not a problem as long as you have a car. Great location to tour the surrounding vineyards.

United States of AmericaYou're staying in a wine barrel. Barely any natural light coming in. No room to even lay out luggage. It's kinda weird, but feels like a dungeon, a nice dungeon, but still a dungeon.
Staff is nice. It's clean, the wine in great, the restaurant is good. The grounds are nice. Private, secure parking. You can have wine delivered next to your room and enjoy the evening light on the grounds.
