If internet is critical to your stay, you should know they do have it but it can be spotty. Also, this may just have been with our cabin but we had a hard time getting our shower head to stay up and getting the water to not be scalding or freezing. Still would stay here though!!

The location of the cabins is incredibly beautiful! And the cost compared to other lodging is more affordable. The cabins are spacious for 4 people. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hot water supply is a bit unpredictable. The mud road leads to the place can use some work. Our cars almost stuck in the mud.

The floor was pretty slippery (in socks). The caban we had needed a little revamp compare to others. A little curtain on the kitchen window wouldn’t be bad not to have others to look into our place at night.

Good location: view on the mountains, quiet and only 5-10mins by car from the Torres del Paine park entrance. The caban we had was big with many rooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable and easy to warm the place. The view is incredible! We had everything we needed there for our short stay. The water pressure was weak in the showers.

The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the view was fantastic. The property had plenty of room and was comfortable.

It was a tad hard to find, not much signage. As soon as you enter pueblo serrano, turn right and hug the river as the cabins are directly adjacent to the river.

The lady who greeted us was extremely friendly and professional. She spoke decent English and was so accommodating to our needs. We brought food to cook with but forgot oil and she provided us with not only oil but also garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to really up our culinary experience. The location was incredible and we were lucky enough to have a clear evening and morning with unobstructed views of the Massif. We stayed in 3 separate locations within Pueblo Serrano and this was by far the best value.

the bathrooms drains smelt and there was a lot of hair up the wall in one of the bathrooms. There was also crumbs on bedside table. Being so far out in the middle of no where it would have been nice if they provided tea, coffee and milk.

Outstanding and affordable option to stay in Villa Serrano at the foothills of Torres del Paine. Large cabins with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and kitchen.

We travelled with a company of 8 friends, and each of them asked to put 10 on Booking, so I do this with pleasure. It was absolutely unique experience of living in the heart of Torres del Paine, practically in wilderness, but having all comfort living same time. I can't imagine a better location in Torres del Paine. But not only location makes 10: the house is spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and functional, the staff is friendly and very responsive. If I ever return to Chile Patagonia, I will consider only Cabañas Lago Tyndall to stay.

No WiFi with cabin

Shower: The drain seemed to be somewhat blocked. It took hours for the water to drain off. WLAN: Did not work in the cabin (Huawei pocket wifi). It worked well in and around the reception cottage, though. The host did not make the effort to fix this, but in fact it did not bother us much. Access road: The last bit of road from the main Rio Serrano access road is in bad condition. There are several guesthouses and hotels in this area, but for some reason they save the few bucks it would cost to fix the potholes.

Nice location and cabañas with some privacy. Panoramic views. Powerful heating and solid kitchen.

The lodge is far more than my expectation. Spacious, clean and quiet, with all the facilities you need and you can cook by yourself. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. Comparing to the hotels in the national park, the price is really very good. Moreover, the lodge is close to the entrance to the park, which is only 5 minutes driving distance. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Best secret of Torres del Paines! Cabañas Tyndall offers amazing views to the park, the cabaña is very comfortable and well equipped, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay.

One night we didn't have water because of a problem with the waterintake from the river. The staff resolved it fast, but took a few hours to refill the water. The wifi comes and goes bus we brought a lot of boardgames. :-) Beautiful place to just enjoy the view!

The view is exceptional. The staff will go the extra mile to solve some little issues. The cottages are super clean and well taken care off.

While there, they had a temporary water outage but they kept us informed. We also had trouble connecting to WiFi in our cabin until we figured out how to go directly through the main server at reception
