I have stayed here a few times and every time I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel offers cozy atmosphere that immediately envelops guests upon arrival. The customer service surpasses expectations, with staff going above and beyond to ensure each guest's needs are met with warmth and efficiency. The staff here are so friendly and so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. The door staff are polite and had always warm welcome. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The cigarettes smell from next door who smoke which is very hard to avoid in China - no matter which hotel you stay. Soundproof system not as good - can hear the noise from outside.

The location is perfect - right in the city. Easy access to metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. Love the washing machine & they do provide a clothing drying rack if you ask for one.

Great for families. I booked the 2bedroom suite. It’s fully equipped and felt like a real home. The service of the hotel staff was also top notch. It’s also very conveniently located above a stretch of shopping malls, metro and nearby eateries.

Generally i had a good experience like always but now a few house keeping complaints i have. When i checked in there were hair of the previous guest on the floor and the cutlery was not properly cleaned.

Its a nice place but needs a little upgrades now.

The location is just next to subway and many shopping malls around . For better bargain buys go to Tianhe Festival Walk (underground just outside TeeMall) about 10 mins walk from Fraser Suites. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is about 10 mins by taxi . If using the local app (Didi) it cost between 16RMB to 20RMB one way . The Suite is spacious, modern , clean and well equipped with microwave and washer/dryer. The staff are courteous and friendly . A special mention to Mike the concierge for his kind assistance during our stay .

Room - The aircon is not adjustable, seem to be centrally controlled. Was there when Guangzhou was 9 degrees, I was not allowed to switch to the heating mode for the room so had to live with their aircon mode. Check in - Reached around 3pm, the check in was pretty slow as there was only 1 counter opened. They require a deposit of 1000 CNY, and they only accept credit card and cash deposit, tried using the revolut card but was not accepted.

Location - Within 3 mins walk from the metro station, possible to cut through the mall (Onelink Walk). Easy pick up for Didi as well. Breakfast - Excellent breakfast, a lot of options available, they changed it up everyday. There is also dimsum included in the spread. Room - Spacious room, with well equipped kitchen, there is microwave, induction cooker, washing machine, dryer etc. Comfy bed, high floors, bidet in room, spacious bathroom.

I liked the cleanness, and care of the room. The staff are well trained and they care the cleanses to the extent they take of the shoes when they enter the room ; I loved this!
