Staff were very accommodating and helpful to all requests and queries. All requests were attended to promptly. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room and all the other facilities were spotless and quiet. Stayed with two young kids and they also thoroughly enjoyed the stay and didn't want to go home! It was like home away from home. Highly recommend.

Although the apartment's lounge and kitchen area were ample, the bedrooms were on the small end. Once the luggages were opened on the floor, not much room was left to walk. To our disappointment, the breakfast had limited choice and hot food was lukewarm.

The location is top notch in Shanghai financial district, from the IFC Mall, you can walk out on the overhead pedestrian walkway to have 360 degree view of the Oriental Tower and the magnificent sky scrapers in this area. Shops and restaurants are found below the apartment. The apartment is on the high end of fittings and furniture, our apartment has the Pudong financial district view. The reception staff was courteous and helpful.

Level of English was only decent.

If you wish to stay in Pudong area, this is definitely a great choice. Located above a high-end Shopping Center, it is steps away to a main metro Station that Hosts the line number 2 which brings you downtown and to both airports, easily. The room was very cozy, with a nice view on the Oriental Pearl Tower. The gym had all is needed for a regular, not extensive, workout. The 1-bedroom suite offered lots of storage for clothing.

The room lighting needs updating as it's dim and difficult to see..... aside from that, all was good.

The rooms are aging, but maintained quite well..... we stayed here several times since it's first opening, and today, it's probably better than all those years ago. The location is number one - It's right above the mall, and central to everything. It doesn't get any better. Breakfast was good,,,, there was a good selection of western and asian foods, and the coffee was reasonable. We did ask the front desk a question, it was a personal request they said they would attend too and get back to us, but they never did, so I cannot rate the front desk staff any higher than - average. It did not spoil our stay. The view from the room was stunning (see pics)

Please replace plastic flowers with the real ones and extend swimming pool operation till 11 PM, people come late from work. Slight improvement of the breakfast with dairy products and more fruits is welcome.

Always neat and cozy both in the room and allover the hotel. Staff is supportive, I asked to change the floor with any solid reason and within hours I got the desired room. Breakfast, laundry, cleaning, swimming pool great. Location is not far from the sightseeing tunnel and also convenient for the Exhibition visitors. Lear to rent a bike. View is magnificent, 3 tallest scrappers also here, large mall, Starbucks and Shake Shack.

location is fantastic, convenient, lots of shopping and dining outlets within walking distance, however, with the price i was paying, not even a simple breakfast was provided. If i were to request for Breakfast, i was told to pay US$ 28.00 which i did not want.

I felt very sick during my stay, the hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful with getting me into a nearby hospital. I would like to thank everyone for that.

The facilities in the room are a bit old and outdated, some were broken. The room wifi does not really help due to the poor connectivity and slow speed.

The location and the interior design of the hotel really stand out. The room is clean, and the room structure is particularly good for one person's business trip.
