I want to commend a staff called Jones Zhao who when above and beyond his duty to be helpful with directions and suggestions.

We visited the city during winter time, the hotel had the heater on before our arrival at 28 degrees. It was uncomfortable to try to sleep in that. We eventually had to get a air container delivered to our room. The complimentary tea bags and coffee bags were kind of poor quality. We thought Hilton could do better than that.

We enjoyed the breakfast variety and the convenience of the location.

The concierge was not very helpful and not so willing to help me when I told him ididn't want to take the hotel tours and suggest alternatives.

We enjoyed our Stay, except the strong air-conditioning in club-lounge and restaurants, in where were very cold. The drink- and food- assortment in the club lounge is quite limited. The foods in the Chinese restaurant was over-priced and does not taste authentic Cantonese - cuisine.

The room is spacious and clean. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The location is good, a short distance to the wall, where a long walk on top of the wall or below the wall (on the water side) is highly recommended.

there was a slight cigarette smell on the toilet (although it was a non-smoking room). this seems to be an issue in china quite often. some people obviously just don't care much about it.

i was lucky to get an upgrade. the room was very well equipped, spacious and had a luxurious touch. there were some ancient looking furnitures and nice pictures on the wall. seems like the hotel hosts foreign diplomats and ministers from time to time (according to its tv-channel).

The room view is not that great (view of residential apartment buildings) but perhaps nothing can be done given the city location of the hotel. On the other hand, we were given a room at the highest floor (9th) which we appreciated.

Staff are very friendly, many of them speak English, the doorman / concierge was very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the subway although it's still within a walking distance but we used uber to travel everywhere so it didn't really matter to us. Breakfast was great, some may want more western food options but we're from SE Asia therefore we were content. The room size was standard, slightly outdated but was clean and comfortable overall. The indoor pool was clean and enjoyable. It was a positive experience and would definitely consider coming back.

The swimming pool, overcrowded, open to outside guests, dirty water. It was the reason why we went to the Hilton, Xi An summer being super hot. We stayed 5 minutes in the pool and didn’t come back. we almost couldn’t go because we didn’t have swimming caps, but we managed to borrow some.

The breakfast is really good. there’s a lot of choice including local specialities, which is great. good quality products.

During my stay the hot tub was not working, and it appeared that the pool was also used by the community for lessons making it difficult to swim during the hour I went.

The staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out and everything in between. They assisted me in setting up my rewards card to have a discounted breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and had a good mix of Western and Eastern foods. Concierge assisted me in booking a private car and tour guide for the Terra Cotta Warriors. Upon arriving from a day out the concierge offered me a water before heading up to my room. Pool facilities were nice and it was very close the East Gate of the City wall. There is a large street market down the road from the hotel as well. It is easy for cars to enter for pick up and drop off. All staff were on point and very helpful. Room service was efficient and delicious with a mix of food options. Although desserts were missing from the menu. Breakfast could also be ordered in advance the night before for room delivery and the food portions were very large. I had a king room and it was very spacious and the soaking tub was nice. Housekeeping changed the towels daily and replenished hygiene items as needed. As of the writing of this post you will need to show your local health code each time you enter the lobby.

I wish the Hotel would provide Humidifiers in the rooms as the Heating during winter can make the air very dry. Being from warmer and humid climate I am not used to the dry air.

Loved the staff, very helpful. Specially Jason Zhao helped me to clear up the issue of Credit Card double charge. Clean facilities and very comfortable bed, I am very picky with bed types. Close to all the Major attractions Exended my stay by 2 days in Hilton as it was way better than Sofitel.

From November 16th to 17th of this year, I stayed at your hotel. when paying on November 16, I had 1200 yuan blocked. On the 18th, another 792 yuan was charged for accommodation. Today is December 12th, but I still have not unblocked 1200 yuan, please clarify when the funds will be refunded.

street view rooms are loud, stores across open late in the evening and are so loud, and loud early in the morning as well

Great location, East entrance to The City Wall, Muslim street and Culture street are in a walkable distance. There are a lot of shops, stores and malls around
