High Technology; able to ask Xiao Ai Tong Xue to assist in many room services. Hotel able to provide walking stick, and raincoat to climb the mountain. Free washer and dryer to use. Great location, next to bus station up the mountain. Chinese restaurant within the hotel serve veey nice food.

The hotel was around 40 minutes away from the West HuangShan Train Station by car and only a 2 minute walk to the bus station that leads to the Huangshan mountain.We were greeted pleasantly by the staff and we were quickly escorted to our rooms where they gave us some brief information regarding our rooms. I think this hotel is really convenient for foreigners as the toilets are equipped with bidets, which is very rare in China. The staff were exceptionally helpful and they were always willing to help us with any concerns. What I found the most helpful was the map of the mountain of Huangshan and how the staff thoroughly guided us through it, giving us clear explanations on what and where we needed to go and how long it takes for us to get to each point. The hotel also provided us with raincoats and hiking sticks to make it a comfortable journey for us. It was overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Cheng Jin Hotel for those looking to visit the yellow mountain in Huangshan.

Very nice hotel, the owner very kindly and helpful, food very good. Owner help me to taxi to the train station. I will back again if go to Huangshan

The toilet and shower were separate and you needed to walk into the common area to get between the 2, so privacy was a slight issue. This also caused the area outside the toilet and shower to be wet and slippery.

Location is right by the entrance to Huangshan scenic area. Staff were very helpful in organizing our transport and introducing the best way to enjoy huangshan. Good restaurant within the hotel.

Some of the electrical sockets didn't work.

Hotel was right at the doorstep of the entrance to Huang Shan. Rooms were warm, staff helpful, and there were plenty of convenience shops and restaurants nearby. Internet was very fast too.

There is nothing I don't like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff arranged for a reliable driver to drive us around and back to the train station. We are looking forward to a return trip.

It could be a bit noisy outside because many tourists were rushing to the bus station, but the convenience is worthwhile.

The hotel reception is friendly and very helpful with travel information. My room is clean and the staff are polite. The location is perfect, being next to the bus station with buses going to the Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area. There are many good restaurants and shops around this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel, close to the bus station for Yellow Mountains. Good restaurant attached to hotel. Vitta and her staff excellent, Vitta spoke good English and so helpful with everything we did

Very friendly people and also very helpful. Room was clean, modern and not noisy, despite the location next to the bus station. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the mountains.

The best hotel during our trip - the staff help you of everything - location is perfect - the food is nice - I can only recommend. We order cars through the hotel, with a good price, and the staff explained to us how to climb the mountain. They offer umbrella, tee, and all the things you need. The room is good equipped, with electronic devices - berthing is perfect, we had a great times there

We absolutely loved staying at the Cheng Jin Hotel. The location is perfect for hiking, as it is right next to the travel centre where you can purchase tickets for the park and take the bus to the various park entrances. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The staff took great care of us, including arranging transportation from the train station, helping us getting oriented and giving us recommendations about the hiking trails, as well as providing us with free rain jackets on a rainy day. The restaurant served delicious Chinese food for a reasonable price, and breakfast was also very good. The room was nice, modern, spacious, quite clean, and quiet (despite the central location).

Doorstep to bus station to Mount Huangshan. Xiaomi Google assist was v helpful and make stay enjoyable. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The location was at the foot of Huangshan, making it very easy to hike up and down the mountain in a single day. Staff were also friendly and polite. Hiking poles and raincoats were provided to make the hike up much easier. The hotel staff paid great attention to detail and I would certainly recommend this hotel for a visit to Huangshan!
