To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaBreakfast could have some more choices and more reasonable price, comparing to same level hotels worldwide. Also the entertainment inside the hotel was not meeting my expectation, comparing to other hotels in Beijing.
Employees were very helpful and cheerful. Especially those at the lobby. The whole hotel presented a luxury and comfort feeling but rooms rate were quite reasonable. Location is convenient with access to subway and taxi and parks and entertainment were within walking distance.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is far removed from the main streets and landmarks. It took us an hour each way to get to and from the hotel, either by Didi or taxi. Although the room is spacious and comfortable, it is a bit dated.
Breakfast was very good. There was an ample variety to choose from and the food was tasty. The staff was very polite and eager to help.

Singaporestaff are generally not customer service oriented, but they are friendly… bathtub must not have been cleansed for months? and it rinse down layer of oil… not recommended for non-chinese speaking customers as staff generally cannot understand English.
staff are smiley and friendly. Rooms are big and generally clean, we got view of the stadium. Food from the lobby lounge is nice.. there is a small convenience shop and Starbucks just behind the hotel
