    Even simple English breakfdast tea was not available in the breakfast? The Chinese Tea only serve with Black Tea but no others, at least should also serve any kind of green tea, right? Besides I'm a Chinese but the front still mesh up which is my Last name (IP instead). Looks they are not familar with your own system input.

    The Breakfast do have a lot of choice!

    The check in process has to be refined. Exceptional slow as compared any other hotels in the area. There was no line up but almost take me 15 minutes to get a room assigned. Need major improvement.

    The breakfast is one of the best that I have seen. "Outstanding" and highly recommended to all business travelers. There are a lot of tables in the dinning hall and the service in the dinner room, both for breakfast and dinner , are excellent. Rooms with view of the lake and the park, and worth the extra $ as compared with nearby 5 stars hotel. I have tried many of them.

    My room-neighbours were smoking even though it was a non-smoking floor. The opened the door to the hallway to let the smoke out. There was no smell in my room, so no problem. And the staff went up to speak to them, so solved good.

    We came here many times before. The location suits with my suppliers location.

    Was a pity that the majority of the items on the menu for room service was not available to order and ordering as well was such a headache since the staff speaks very little English. It was a pity that the pool and spa was closed due to the pandemic - which was not the hotel's fault but it was also the main reason we went there.

    The bed was super comfortable and the block out curtains are perfect! Breakfast was okay, and the coffee was delicious. The drinks was also good and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

    The location is a bit far away from the city center. The hotel is a bit old I guess.

    Front desk/check in: The customer service and rules of this hotel is ridiculous and poor. This hotel does not accept a picture of a passport during check in was never communicated prior to my arrival and check in was refused. I had to travel back home to get my passport. Once asked why a picture is not acceptable a robotic excuse was provided from the ‘manager’. It makes completely no sense that other hotels accept a picture as proof but this one doesn’t. The manager also needs a class or two regarding customer service - walking away and taking a personal call when I requested that they phone the police to tell me officially a picture of my own passport won’t be accepted. I am still waiting for them to bring me the phone so I can speak to someone of legal authority. The lack of good customer service and lack of proper prior communication from the hotel is the worst I have ever received. No apologies was provided from these so called managers. I have stayed with this hotel before and they do have all my information on record - why that couldn’t be reused is beyond me. I highly recommend some of the staff get training in being able to speak English. Communication was such headache and it is highly irritating that staff starts laughing when they don’t understand with their friends and call someone else to assist - so unprofessional. The bell boy doesn’t even offer to carry our bags. The room that was provided to us smelled so bad we had to change rooms. Beds were uncomfortable. The air system kept beeping. Had to move to a new room. No apologies from staff. Beds aren't great and duvets are too thin. When going for a cocktail no one brought a menu. I had to get up myself and go fetch one. I had to walk to the front and place my order - no one came. The cocktail glass wasn’t very full - feel for the amount of money I paid and what I received was not equal. A piece of plastic from the stick that my olives were on came off in my mouth.

    The only two things I liked about this hotel was: 1. The buffet at Cafe Aqua. The food was really good and of good quality. 2. The staff at the spa.
