We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe arrived at 11pm in the evening and the reception staff told us we can not get food in the hotel anymore, which is ok, but they also said everything around is closed, which was not true because we found just around the corner a nice place to eat. I would expect from a reception to know that and point us in that direction.

United States of AmericaAs per my previous stay 5th -9th I couldn’t get the air-con below 27c, last time I opened the windows and since the ambient temp outside was cold it cooled the room to 21-22c, but this time entering the room it showed 29c because the sun sets that side. I ask the porter to set the air-con just in case I was doing it incorrectly. Went out came back still hot is the room but tried so slept. Awoke a 12am 🕛 the room with windows open was an uncomfortable 😣 27c and trying for 1 1/2 hrs I called the manager, he couldn’t fix the problem so they gave me another room but I didn’t want to move everything as I had to get up at 4.30am to leave before 7am
Perfect location, the views from this stay was on the west side as ℹ previously stayed on the east. Only a short walk to the big park and an old style designed shopping market, great for shopping silver jewelry
