We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe room looks old, need renovation. The cleanliness need to be improved. The taxi can not stop in front of the lobby (only can stop outside of the hotel).
The check in process quite quick, the staff is very helpfull, the location is quite good (near the hotel a lot of restaurant, several minimart, quite close to subway station line 10 (apprx 500 meter), walkable to east nanjing street), close to post office museum).

HungaryThey ask 100 CNY deposit during check-in, which you get back when checking out of course. The problem is that by the time you arrive to the hotel you probably had already withdrawn some cash, an amount you plan to spend during your stay, but you got 100 CNY less in your wallet right away. When you are checking out, especially if you are also leaving the country, getting back cash is not really useful, because you either need to spend it or exchange it. Not a big deal, but not efficient.
The Bund is within a walking distance.

GeorgiaThe room was not ready by my arrival despite the fact I arrived in the early morning next day after my booking started. Had to wait about 15 minutes which was not a problem but did not felt right.
Location of the hotel was perfect, really close to the Bund. Room was good: though small, it was convenient to live in, it was also clean and quiet despite massive construction work outside of the hotel. The price was good despite the Golden Week (Shanghai was literally overcrowded during my visit).

PolandThe building is very old, there's water damage visible on hotel room walls and ceilings, and it gives off rather depressing vibes. Important note: no breakfast served or restaurant in the hotel. Also, literally no one could speak English beyond few simple words - it's understandable and I don’t demand that every place on Earth must enforce English fluency on hotel staff, but it's important to note for all foreign travelers who don't speak Mandarin.
The Staff are helpful and the reception is working 24/7. The location is very good, although the hotel itself may be a little diffocult to find. The beds were comfortable and all the basic amenities and soft clean towels were available in abundance.

NetherlandsIts an outdated hotel. I believe the main building is being demolished. The hotel is behind the main building, I did not found it at first. Made me searched for 20 min in an unfamiliar area at night. Adress on bookingsite is not right. The plumming is old and not much of hot water(lukewarm shower). You can also hear your neighbors, especially if they talk loud.
The hotel is near the big shopping area. You can also spot the Shanghai nightview. I found the bed very comfortable and clean. At the end of the day, a good night sleep relief all worries. There are cups, brush and hairdryer in the room.
