They changed me to the correct room the day after, but still it isn’t ideal when you are paying for a 4 star hotel. Even though the staff was very nice you could see the lack of management, training and overall Inexperience. The food of the dinner was great but be prepared for a 2-3h endeavor every night. They get the food wrong, you have to ask several times for your drink or salt or whatever you need, main dish coming in ahead of the starters, I ordered a medium rare steak and it came well done - when I asked to send back and have another one 4 different people came to the table not really knowing what to do. Etc

United States of Americataxi service. i paid 56.39 dollars through booking.com for taxi service with talixo taxi service. i found out when i got there the ride is only 5 dollars. i have not gotton any satisfaction or credit to my account from talixo or booking.com. also we had an early flight and the hotel would not call a taxi for us. they told us to walk to the corner 1 block away and flag a taxi down. there where no taxi's so we ended up rideing in a kawasaki atv for $4.70. do not use talixo taxi service there are plenty of taxi's at the airport for $4.70 to hotel.

United States of AmericaI did not realize that it was located in a PUBLIC AREA. I am used to ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS and I never thought about the PRIVACY ASPECT of the properties. This Hotel Casablanca is in a public setting with locals making noise all times of night ! Resorts have PRIVATE BEACHES !! Other than the NOISE ALL NIGHT ASPECT, the hotel was GREAT. The accommodations were just fine, the staff was LOVELY, and the food was OUTSTANDING !!

United States of AmericaSo for the first night we had a nice hot shower. The following days it was always frigid cold no matter the time or how long we ran the water. The next Issue was the WIFI, it was very very weak and slow. The third issue was the TV, for a smart TV it didn’t work well. We tried to use Netflix and it did not work. We contacted the front desk and they said it is normal because of the poor WIFI.
we would say that the property was amazing, probably the best on the island. location was perfect, right on the beach and the beach view room was incredible. The cleanliness too. The breakfast buffet was rich and fresh and full of different foods, fruits and pastries. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurants were okay, nothing special.

United States of AmericaWe were having trouble picking a place because there are really no resorts in the area this hotel isn't new but they are always maintaining it. They accommodated what we needed for sleeping. They had enough places to eat on site and the food was outstanding. As an American we were not sure where and what would be safe so that is why we choose this. I would highly recommend not walking on that boardwalk if you cannot speak Spanish at night The beach was right there and some of the staff spoke English a bit and help us. We looked at aquamarine it was brand new and looked nice. we ate over there with friends the food was horrible and the only thing they really had was the nice decks and a view. we are glad we picked this hotel The breakfast was amazing

United States of AmericaIt rained and water was coming inside the room through windows. WIFI reception inside the room (4th floor) was horrible. I had to stand by the door to get reception or go to a lower level. Pool and pool bar closes early. Also the second bar only opens on the weekends.
