Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThere was only one selection of wine and it wasn't very good. Food at the restaurants was very average. At specialty restaurants I wasn't asked if I have any food allergy...i ended up consuming something (cucumbers) that gave stomach ache and diarrea. I suggested to some Hotel staff the they should ask for allergies at the specialty restaurants since visitors are not able to see the food like we do at the buffets.
Buffet restaurant was ok...specialty restaurants were very average.

ItalyThe buffet wasn't that exceptional and the same with the free drinks they offer. The restaurants were good, tho.
The place, the rooms, and the pools were amazing and super clean. There were some Iguanas and Raccoon that made even more fun the stay. The beach is very nice and the water too.

ColombiaWe didn’t like it as much as we thought it was going to be. Bad accommodations, to high the price for what we get. The personal staff wasn’t good as well as other hotels that have a All Inclusive service.

Canadano WiFi in the rooms - in fact, the only WiFi is in the lobby. The restaurant booking system is unclear and complicated. no signage or information on entertainment shows or daily activities. very much a “here’s your room - you figure it out” attitude. gift shop opened at 3pm so you were out of luck if you ran out of sunscreen or needed anything as location is very remote.
Beautiful location and beaches and we especially liked the Playa Puntilla. rooms were nice and clean and the most of the staff were friendly and helpful. loved seeing all the birds and wildlife

BrazilRoom (Plus fee, 4 pax) seemed old. Only one type of pillow is available. Shower is really weak. NO WIFI IN THE ROOM at all, even using another network from hotel administration, different that was advertised. Wifi only in the lobby and some specific areas. In our case, even our cell phone signal was very difficult to get. Although beach is the best place to enjoy, do not expect a relaxing quiet time since you may be forced to listen to high music coming from several portable speakers and sound boxes from different guests. Very much like other open beaches in Playa Blanca. After some complaints, to our surprise the hotel told us that they cannot forbid it... VERY IMPORTANT - Consider if you want to pay more for the top PLUS fee, they do not offer what is advertised at all ! No WIFI in the room. No guaranteed reservation in restaurants for dinner (we have tried to make a reservation and was full, went to reception and they told was full, even though we had the guaranteed reservation). No private/special check in/out. Only differential could be the use of a separate swimming pool and snack/drinks bar. Staff is really badly trained. At front desk, each one provides a different information. You have to wait a lot in the restaurant even to have your initial order taken. If you do not speak spanish, be prepared to have a difficult time to get what you need. Like most resorts finding any available seat by the beach or pools are quite challenging. Even though the hotel did not seemed at its full capacity, the lines for drinks were always there! One night was raining a lot and the energy supply went off. Without energy we had no water in the bathroom/sink/shower and no air conditioning. It seems the hotel has not energy generator for emergency supply. In a nutshell, the hotel has an amazing infrastruture, but try to find discount rates or consider if you have better options if the price does not fit your budget.
Room is spacious. Air conditioning works fine, and not noisy. Beautiful view to the sea, for the rooms with that. Beach is the highest point. Very beautiful. Hotel common/open areas and vegetation are nice too. Food in "a la carte" restaurants, and also in the buffet, are good and tasteful. Spa area is really nice and gym room is also good and well equipped (opens only from 7:15am on). Swimming pools are really good.

FranceHotel price is really expensive for the quality you have. Wi-Fi is really bad. They used an old hotspot infrastructure that is not compatible with smartphone technology. The rooms are 70-80s decoration and need a refreshment. And, it is really nice that they have a lot of animals however you find animal poo everywhere in the jardin, the chairs, terrace, etc. Be aware that all the activities yoga, night shows, etc. starts with 20-30 delay. And, that you can't book a private taxi at the hotel.
The white Caribbean beach it is definitely the main value added for the hotel. Besides the staff was really nice and the food was good inclusive in the buffet. They also have non expensive transport to airport or Cartagena.

ColombiaThe staff on the reception have no idea of service, absolute a lose of time try to talk to them, some of them are very rude and disrespectful, the managers very little sense of customer service or non existent, nobody speaks English. We spend 2 of our 3 days having conversation with no progress and a week later just an email from Miguel Angel saying sorry and hope next time we can do better 😓 Nice place, area, but wish anyone have to deal with reception stuff or managers!
We love the location, weather, food, the staff on the restaurants were absolute caring and help us to make our holidays amazing, even when the booking system to reserve dinner on the different restaurants is pointless the staff was super helpful and very very polite +10 for them, entertainment staff +10 as well dance activities on the beach and games on the pool are were great 🤩

United States of AmericaI did not like at all was the poor cleaning f the whole place. The floors in the restaurant and resting areas were very dirty, as if it is not cleaned properly. It needs cleaning machines, not mops only. We were placed in an area for waiting the opening of a Euroasia restaurant, and it was very dirty with bird's dropping. it was all over the area, and also the furniture is very old and in a very poor condition. The bathroom of my room was also in bad shape, with the towel hanger broken. Apparently nobody check or take care of this facilities. Looks like than this place needs a very good administrator, a perosn whom know the bussines of hospitality. This a very expensive place to be in these poor physical conditions.
Beach. But I saw than people there saves the seats and areas shadowed very early in the morning, every single seat is covered or saved by a towel and it is very dificult to find a confortable area to enjoy the nice waters in the area. It should be the other way around. Costumer saving chairs as if it were a private property. Needs to be regulated.
