Rooms are dated and you have to have staff open the mini bar with a key which was inconvenient as we arrived late and just wanted a bottled water before bed

The only two things that I could complain about was my mattress that was way to soft for my liking and that if one has a room facing the highway, some noise of the traffic can be heard. It wasn't that traumatic as I had decent sleep (there were two curtains that helped to cancel the noise), but some people may prefer to choose the other side of the hotel if this should be an issue for them.

Well, I spent only one night there, so my experience is limited. However, in general the hotel impressed me as moder, comfortable and cozy with convenient location that eases access or further travel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent and plenty.

Had a problem with towels and laundry that was not easy to solve, even with the willingness of the Sr. hotel staff.

The hotel has a nice pool. Breakfast is good according to the country's standards. Large bedrooms ando good beds.

the breakfast buffet was not what I expected, hardly a choice of food.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. organizing when I needed something and having an easy early check in as well a smooth check out, very straight forward.

There was some confusion with our airport pickup. I had gotten an email confirming the pickup but they didn't have any record of it in their system. I'm not sure if that's a common problem though or if we just got unlucky. We also ended up having to switch rooms because our first room was dirty. There was a half drank water bottle on the chair, coffee on the walls, and the carpet was pretty dirty. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suit but unfortunately the room was missing the mini fridge and we found clumps of hair in the bathroom and living area... so the cleanliness left a lot to be desired...

The staff members were the best part of our stay, they were very kind and quick to try and resolve any issues we had. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of vegetarian friendly options.

The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. Our room was facing the highway, so it was pretty noisy. Last morning we had no hot water, and the electricity went out several times

The location is really nice, the staff is very helpful, you can find a lot if places to eat and shop nearby

The breakfast was poor, there was little choice, the pastries were tasteless and dry

The room was large, clean, there was air conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, everything you needed was in the room, the service was excellent, the hotel had an indoor pool, great view from the window

Location - on one side there is a busy road, and on the other side there is a staging area for construction machinery, so until late evening and early morning (approx. 5 am) we were awakened by the whistling of machinery reversing, honking, etc. The windows are obviously not soundproof.

Very nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. At walking distance from some restaurants. Breakfast was modest but since you can order your choice of eggs, it was not so bad after all.

Some one of the staff came in my room while I was naked in the shower :( they said to check minibar. But was not my day to check out.

fridge was missing, shower water (full hot and not hot enough for me) better by pool area! hot tub was not running water warm but not hot. early morning noise from construction behind the hotel. did not see a area to just sit outside in the sun. other then the area by the dining area.

location was ok, food was fantastic, staff was friendly, pool (Used once) was nice, lots of space, work out area looked great as well but did not use. close to Cima Hosiptal. and clinics in the area. shuttle / taxi personal were great!

Checkin process is unnecessarily long, I know there are ways to speed that up. It's okay to take 15 minutes, but when three other people ahead of you take that long it starts to cut into your day.

Pool and gym are nice. long curvy hallways are pleasant. Breakfast was very good! Staff was nice.

The pool was really cold and the area could improve overall. The access is easy but if the exit is missed, you will end up at a toll gate. Getting to other areas, it won't be easy to avoid tolls
