Great location to discover Curacao, city center of Willemstad can be reached by feet (15 min). Nice small hotel in colonial style with closed parking and swimming pool, which can also be used in the evening. Large and authentically furnished family room, perfectly for families with kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Several good restaurants within 2 min walk.

beautiful location, felt very private. Friendly staff. Several excellent restaurants very close walk away. Large rooms filled with character. Not on the beach but day passes were available at the larger hotel across the street.

The beds and the bed linnen were a bit shabby looking and feeling. The staff is only there for a few hours in the morning. There is no possibility to have or make breakfast at the hotel itself. Because of the central location, there was quite aome noose at night.

The room was very spacious and still cozy. The pool area was very nice and the location was excellent, in the middle of all the best restaurants on the island and at walking distance to historical Willemstad. The staff helped is arrange a rental car even when most rental cars were fully booked and they arranged a late checkout when our flight off the island was delayed.

Unlike some other boutique hotels in Curaçao, a staff member was only available 3 hrs each morning. With these rates, they can at least offer breakfast. Walking back at night around 9:00 pm, the street was empty!

Located in the historical district of Williamstad, Villa Tokara is a beautiful historial home that is tastefully decorated and makes you feel at home. I was lucky enough to be there with one other guest sharing the entire villa all to ourselves! Perfectly maintained grounds with a pool and access to the beach at the resort across the road. Amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. Currently under new ownership, so breakfast has been paused for the time being, but they have a coffee machine and mini bar. Thank you to the friendliest concierge Ravi who was available to answer any questions or provide great recommendations!

loved the Villa! only 5 rooms so we often felt like the only guests there although they were booked. property owner lives on site and is friendly and helpful with dinner and beach recommendations. walked to wonderful restaurants every night. will stay again!

Villa Tokara is a lovely small hotel that can be warmly recommended. The room is spacious and clean and the host is very friendly. Good restaurants next door or a short walk away. For an additional price you can get a wonderful breakfast.

being from Texas I would have loved air conditioning in the main rooms too, but the bedroom was well air conditioned and “open door” living in a climate like Curacao is probably more representative of the house’s rich history and culture.

An excellent stay! Would definitely recommend. Arriën is a great host and super friendly. We booked the upper floor Suite and it was really amazing. The location is great as well naar a lot of the best restaurants and beach clubs
