Breakfast is good but if you stay more than 2 or 3 nights, it starts to be “boring” because there are not big changes in offer. At least we didn’t recognise any.

Amazing leisure experience and welcoming staff. Location is far enough from the city centre to not hear any distracting noises and feel like in real paradise. We were very happy to visit the gym what offers the right equipment to feel even better! And specially thanks for the compliment!

Can't fault anything

Everyone was friendly, The food is good, Property is great , clean and big. The hotel surrounding area is a nice walking promenade. 2 hours walk. Just beautifull

Food was mediocre. Far better with a hire car due to out of town location but not unwalkable (30 minutes)

Clean, great staff, massive bedrooms, good variety of drinks including cocktails and beers/ wine, excellent evening entertainment, near wineries and other attractions.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The location of this hotel is stunning, right on the promenade which gives you the opportunity to walk into the centre if you want to. The staff were friendly, breakfast options were varied and very good, the room was very clean and so were the whole surroundings. WiFi in the room was an added bonus.

The hotel is far from everything, and as we can't walk, we depend on transport. The nearest bus stop is at least a 15-minute walk (uphill). To order a car on the app, it is very difficult for anyone to accept it in the area. We usually waited 8-15 minutes for a car. Reception have a shuttle service, but they were too busy to help. The hotel's daily schedules are non-existent. It is written a lot of activities that doesn’t happen. karaoke night, and dacing disco is an example. It could be the season (march) but we were hoping for at least some fun without needing to leave the hotel. It's not written on the website or when you make the reservation, but you have to pay extra for EVERYTHING, use the sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, to get a pool towel as well and more… Afternoon snacks are leftovers from lunch and breakfast.

When we arrived there was fruit and sparkling wine in the room. Everything clean and tidy.

Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the night show on the 25th (the show with fire etc). The team was great! Also, great idea for entertaining the kids with the dance and everything, even for a little time before the main show.

The restaurant was canteen like unattractive with old fashioned furniture. We had one evening meal but not impressed, noisy, tables too close, bit of a bun fight atmosphere!

The Akti Hotel was modern and clean with comfortable superior room, but It was remote not being in walking distance to bars, restaurants or shops. No shortage of sun beds (in November). The breakfast choice was reasonable but the cooked food was not kept hot enough in the trays.

There is nothing that we could fault with our stay.

The food was excellent and the staff in the hotel were exceptional. They worked incredibly hard and went out of their way to help you. Also the inhouse entertainment team of Luke and Tam were fantastic, working so hard to keep everyone entertained. This hotel should be very proud of its team as they are a credit to them.

Considering there is no public transport, unless you have a car, more shuttle trips would be ideal

Peaceful location and very helpful staff. Perfect for those planning to get away for a relaxing vacation. Lots of outdoor space by the pools, the food is very good, and activities and evening entertainment are also provided.

Breakfast is ok but somehow basic. If you are looking to diversify with food, there are almost no restaurants nearby
