That the holiday ended and we had to go back home...

The second time we stayed at this lovely hotel. It's the nice atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff and the clean rooms which makes us repetedly want to come back. The size of the hotel is just perfect if you wish a more personal experience, (outside of other huge complexes where everything is anonymous), here you are recognized and warmly welcomed. Poolarea is just enough and very cozy. The location of the hotel, at the end of the main street, is also a huge advantage since you have proximity to everything but still peace and calm when you enter your room - away from the noise of the most busy parts of the main street.

One block is not as good quality/ updated as the other. Pot luck which side you get put in. Breakfast areas didn’t seem looked after too well.

Great location, near all shops, bars and 3min walk to beach. Cleaned everyday by staff. Nice friendly people running the property.

Breakfast is terrible however, with so many places around the apartment you are best to go out and get anything you like. My sister told me one of the staff got fussy and complained when we brought the car out at the front of the entrance to load up the stuff, she kept saying a car might come. As we had a baby, a pram etc. with us it was easier & it literally took us few mins to load everything and go, no car came I mean is a seaside town not New York so perhaps that reaction was a tad bit unnecessary. Otherwise the staff & cleaners were excellent and very helpful!

For context, we were two females with a baby. Location excellent right at the centre of everything, bakery close by, lots of restaurants, beach was right opposite. Value for money excellent! It had a balcony with side sea view. A medium fridge (larger than hotel) and kitchenette with mini hob. Comfortable sized room & bathroom with shower.

We loved everything! The room's spacious, with tennis court view(parking) on first floor, but the location is very quiet - we appreciated that very much. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was cozy, and the room amenities, including a full kitchen and a well-appointed bathroom, met all my needs. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of Protaras with many attractions, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The pool area is amazing, clean and even has a bar to order some food or drinks. The staff at Alva's hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes. Considering the quality of service, amenities, and the prime location, We found this place to be a great value for money. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras. It's a top-notch establishment with excellent service, a prime location, and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

no real issues. only slight annoyance is that some other guests are putting towels on sun beds over night or really early in the morning. it wasn’t too bad as there were plenty of beds when we were there but if it’s extremely busy then could be an issue. pool area doesn’t open before 9am so realistically any towels before should be taken off.

We were opposite the lift so could hear every conversation while they were coming or going annoyingly and the idiots that couldn’t shut their apartment door when going in and out Lack of plug sockets in bedroom nothing at headboard end of room and only one in the settees end of the room

There is no dish detergent and sponge available, also no adapter available in the room, we got one at the reception.

Location is amazing, just 3 minutes away from one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Apartment was clean and spacious, bed is comfortable.
