Some employees were rude at lunch time the food at lunch and dinner is so and so the beach is kinda small in front of the hotel ( public beach)

A bit to much screaming children. And the fruit juice in the breakfast was undrinkable! And much food was cold even if we ate first! And people smoking on the balcony and poolarea.

Most everything was nice. The rooms were quiet. The sunbed area was nice and you could find a calm area. Always lots of 🍉 🍎 🍇 and tasty dishes.

I could hear every time my neighbours were flashing the water in toilet and waking up from that noise every time. The towel guy was rude and even refused once to give me my daily pool towel telling me washing machines would break after that load, like WTF :D

The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and various. It would be better if it would have been different every day. Beach was nice and close to the hotel area. Room had a perfect sea view with panoramic windows as was shown in the photos. The mattress was a bit hard for me so I asked to change and they kindly added a softer one. The staff was very polite and doing there best.

Small problems with the room allocation, you really have to explain yourself why you really need the room that you already paid for. also there was some fungus in the room, the shower hose broken and other small things with problems.

The food was delicious, the place is like a corner of heaven. The room is pretty big. Pools amazing and the kids activities everywhere and every time.

Rooms are a bit outdated, we had sea side rooms, it was nice but could be nicer. Maybe some other more expensive rooms are better. Sun is going down opposite of the sea, so it goes behind the hotel and pool area has less sun very early into the day. Nothing to do about it, I believe all Protaras is like that.

Facilities are great, hotel is big and has all necessary amenities for your holiday. Breakfast was good and the dinner was delicious too. Side sea rooms are basically have almost full sea view. The pool area is nice, sunbeds are all over the place with some nice locations for entire enjoyment. Really beach side hotel with much better options to go to the sea, since it has 3 or 4 options of beaches or rocks with a nice water to go in. Would recommend definitely.

A very pleasant hotel. Great location, away from Ayia Napa and at the same time close to entertainment and the town of Protaras. Spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable bed, breakfast modest but sufficient and fresh. Pleasant à la carte restaurants. Nice outdoor space. Leveled garden with space for deckchairs and access to the sea. I am in Cyprus once a year and I will happily return to this hotel.

cleaning of the room should be done when families are out, not when they come back at 4-5pm (happened only sometimes); one night child could not sleep well because of an hotel music event below (ended 1pm)

Really nice family hotel, friendly service, with 2 great beaches (Nisia Loumbardi Beach, Vyzakia Beach) nearby, ideal for children and snorklers. No waves and 12-15m visibility under water. The pools are good, kids program too (try it!). Great amount of food selection, which varies daily, and think also rotates weekly. Children will always find something good. Also good salads and sweets. Dive base is nearby if needed. Nearby grocery store.

The staff. Not that much polite, some of them pretty rude, especially the staff on the reception. The all inclusive menu is a bit smaller then in the other hotel, you have to pay a lot of things and nobody tells you what is included or not. The pool bar is very dirty, the ladies are very rude. Do not drink water from there because it's water mixed with soda. Disgusting.

We liked the food and the variety of it. Nice beaches around the hotel. The rooms were very clean and a lot of facilities, such as restaurant, the hall, toilets,pools. Very suprising these days.

Outdated bathroom and stains on the window curtains.

A few kilometers from the busy, noisy and smelly Protaras, this place was a real gem, with stunning open space facing the sea and beautiful palm tree garden. There is a path next to the sea where we were able to walk kilometers in the evenings. Our room on the 4th floor had comfy beds, we had a really good sleep and were fully relaxed. Large and 3.15m deep outdoor pool, good cocktails at the pool bar as well. The food - not the high end meals, but we were able to find something to try each time, especially if it was local (souvlaki, keftedes, tzatziki, anari cheese). The entertainment- we enjoyed Mariya's night the most. Many thanks to the menagment for the birthday wishes received in advance and despite I was leaving the hotel that day. Small details with big impression!

The rooms are dated and desperately need upgrading. I have stayed here twice in 2 years and both times I got suboptimal rooms. One time I reserved "sea view" and I got a room on the second floor where the view was obstructed by a big palm tree and the roof of the pool area. This time I asked for "sea side view" and I got a room that was in the corner between the two sections with minimal view and sun exposure. I am sure there are many other rooms with much nicer view. Since the hotel was very full, during breakfast it was too busy and difficult to find a table to sit. The coffee is medium to low quality.

The location and the grounds are excellent. The beach in front of it is amazing and it offers the ability to have a nice long swim to a small island in front of it. The water is warm and crystal clear!! The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The breakfast is good and offers a wide variety of foods to choose.

We wanted to travel by bus from the airport (changing the bus in Larnaca), as we did it some years ago. We did it also now, but it takes much longer than estimated and there are not so many busses from Protaras / Cavo Maris to Finikoudes bus stop .Just to be aware.

It was the third time we came to this hotel in the last 8 years. The overall environment, location, pleasant feeling in the complex. Great place for relaxing. We had nice for our sea view room. Location is close to the beach, with beautiful green areas. 25-30 mins walk from Protaras and there is a bus stopping near the hotel. Some restaurants nearby, we tried an Italian one and it was good food.

There was some dust on the wardrobe shelves. The bathroom felt a bit old, needed renovation. We found it strange that some of the egg types for breakfast were sweet.

We had a beautiful sea view room. The hotel has nice restaurants and cafes so there were nice food options. The breakfast also offered multiple options to chose from. Beautiful surroundings and several beaches within walking distance. 20 mins walk from Protaras and there is a bus stopping near the hotel as well.

The view is absolutely amazing, the decorations, the pool, the food, Wi-fi works perfectly on the whole location, comfortable beds and spacious room and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel!
