Sorroundings (and to be true major parts of the city) are not stroller friendly with high pawements and a lot of road works.

The facilities are becoming a bit dated. A little maintenance and updating would really help increase the appeal.

For us as a family with an infant it was hard as the. .apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator The shower's water pressure is pretty low

It is a really nice place, the host was very helpful and let us stay a little longer after checking out. It's nicely located, close to the beach front, the distance to the beach was a little longer but nothing to much worry about.

The flat is at excellent location, close to Harbour station from where you can go every here. Nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops, and one big supermarket. Flat is spatious, has all the necessities, and great terrace which is in the shade in the morning and great for the morning coffee. Looks very much like in the pictures.

Three of us stayed and loved it. Very suitable location for getting to the waterfront in Paphos. Just a few minutes walk. The flat was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was really friendly and very helpful. Good value for money.

It was difficult to take a shower as the water pressure was very low. The pressure in the washbasin was perfect so I don’t know what the problem was.

The location is great. Just a few blocks away from the beach. It was spacious, with a big bed and wardrobes in the bedroom, and two sofas in the living room. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster and induction plate. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool area of a hotel next door so I liked the view.

The location was very close to the beach ad the Archaeological site of Nea Pafos. Also, there was in five mitutes a bus-stop for many directions.

as a recommendation, I can say that it is good to put a mat in front of the bathroom so that we can dry our feet after bathing

The owner was very nice. He offered help and assistance throughout our stay. We rented two apartments. They were equipped with everything necessary. The photos in the booking are the same as the accommodation. The apartment is close to restaurants and bars. It is close to the mall.SODAP beach is a 20-minute walk away. From the airport to the apartment you can use bus 612. The price of the bus is only 1.50

The mattress was not very comfortable

Nothing luxurious but we had a very nice stay! The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for meal prepping, the air-conditioning was working just fine. The location is great, few minutes away from the harbour where most boat trips depart from as well as there are buses to go to other beaches further away or to the airport, also there are beaches a few min away by foot. Easy check-in and great communication with the staff!

The water pressure in the shower was pretty much non existent :( it took ages to take a shower and still a lot of foam was left in our hair… In such a hot climate it is important to have good water pressure…

There were some issues with the first apartment, but since we only spend one day there, I will focus on the second one. The kitchen equipment wasn't always very clean and the mattress of the bed could be more comfortable.

Andreas is a really good host and it is clear he takes his job very seriously! Whenever there was a problem he was very quick to respond and come over to help us solve the issue. Since there were some problems with our first apartment, we got transferred into another one the following day with no extra costs. We also very much liked spending time on the balcony, which had two nice chairs and a table there. Otherwise the proximity of the main bus station at the harbour is something we valued a lot, as well as that most of the sights of Paphos are easily reachable by foot. Also there is a big, well equipped supermarket nearby.

I spent 2 nights during local winter and uncommonly cold weather. I was cold. I found no warm blankets in the wardrobe, so I used the air-conditioning to heat the air. Unfortunately, the device was old and noisy.

My aim was an inexpensive apartment in Paphos. It is exactly it. The neighborhood is quiet. Found a local restaurant nearby. People there were nice, the food was tasty. Lots of cats in the streets ^_^

The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, but I could have done with a chopping board and an orange squeezer for the only meal we ate there in 9 days! Lol

A lovely quiet location away from all main roads, but a 6 minute walk to the seafront & bus station. Only a 10 minute walk to the King's Mall shopping centre too. Our room offered everything we expected for €45 a night over the New year period. We had comfortable beds, hot shower and a Balcony with and excellent view of the New Year fireworks. It felt like a little home from home. We hadn't needed anything from the owner for the 1st 5 days, but he got in contact with us, via WhatsApp, to find out if we needed anything! We were running low on toilet roll. It was hanging on our door handle when we returned from dinner. When we met him a couple of days later he was very friendly and helpful. He had arranged our private taxi from the airport in advance, again via WhatsApp messaging.

Couldn’t connect to wifi but wasn’t a problem for us

Location is great - walking distance from the archeological site and promenade with the restaurants, quiet, building is dated but pretty clean, in the winter a bit cold - tile floors with no rugs and ac are pretty old so couldn’t warm up the apartment to comfortable temperature. Price wise the option is pretty good for unassuming travelers

First of all hosts. Yes, to me it is important , since it was family like business. Both Andreas and his way were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated it. Second thing is location. And you are exactly in the centre city of Paphos. Very close to the sea at the same time. Hosts upgraded my roof for free too. Was spacious and clean apartment. Yes, price may be a bit high for somebody, but it worth it 💯 percent. Yet I have a good booking discount due to specific genious level. Loads of good recommendations from the host, he is always in touch too and ready to help any moment. Great experience
