The location is very practical, which suited us, but don't expect a quiet stay as there is a nursery next door (the sound of children playing is pleasant enough but some of the teachers were very shouty). The other side is a home store and forklift trucks move around the loading bay from early morning. There's obviously nothing the hosts can do about that, but it should perhaps be better reflected in the price. Check the booking policy closely - we thought we had booked a 6 bedroom villa for 10 people but it is priced on the basis of two sharing a room and, as we had two singles in our group, we had to pay extra for the 6th bedroom (not en suite). Most of the bedrooms had a balcony, but there was no furniture - it would be good to have a couple of chairs on each so you could sit out. There was no manual in the villa with information on how to operate things or recommendations for the area - maybe a helpful addition.

The villa was very spacious, well laid out and comfortable - it was perfect for our group of ten friends. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of sunloungers and outdoor seating. The location was very convenient - right opposite an excellent supermarket, a few steps from the superb Phil's bar & restaurant, a short walk from the strip and about 15-20 mins walk from the beach. There's plenty of parking space and we enjoyed the games facilities. Andreas was helpful and responded very promptly when needed.

The host was brilliant. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. He was there to meet us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. He was on the end of the phone for any questions we had. The villa is beautiful! Well furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing and the grounds allow for privacy. The villa is in a fabulous location, not even a 10 minute walk from the strip. The supermarket is just opposite and has everything you need. An amazing holiday - we will definitely be going back to coral bay and to this villa! Thank you Andreas!

The location for us was perfect, the privacy excellent everything about the villa was excellent. Yes there is a children's nursery on one side so you hear the activity from the children and yes on the other side there is a supermarket overflow storage unit which has the activities of deliveries and forklift trucks but after our first day we were oblivious to any of the activity. Absolutely fantastic Villa ideal for large families. Thank you Andreas you are a great host wish we could of stayed longer

The villa was very big and had loads of space as there was a large group of us it was nice to have a big living area, pool was a great size aswell. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and Andreas came to meet us at the villa to make sure we had everything we needed. I've been going to Cyprus for the last 7 years would definitely recommend the villa especially for larger groups/family's.

the villa was stunning , very large rooms all with bathrooms, lovely pool and games area. Andreas was extremely helpful and greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour . will definitely be visiting again

The noise from kindergarten next door. Also there were no hairdryer, no soap, no dishwasher detergents, garbage bags etc.

loved everything. water pressure was slow at first but as soon as we called our host it was fixed on the spot !

Andreas our host met us at the property at 0100 am when we landed and had everything prepared perfectly for us. he was available for all our questions and needs. the villa has all the equipment needed for a great vacation including full kitchen appliances and washing machine. great for families or groups of friends

No welcome/instructions pack for the property. No basics starters like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs etc provided - had to buy everything on day one. Electric immersion heater for water did not work properly. Kept tripping the main electric fuse every 20min. Location very poor squeezed between a Homebase type store/warehouse (Forklifts from 07.30) and a nursery (kids from 08.00) - very noisy and poor privacy.

The location of the property is in a 'commercial' area. Near busy supermarket and other businesses. A few large portable fans for the living are would be very nice as this are does not have any air-con!

The Villa was nice and spacious, I wish we had known that it was next door to a supermarket deliver depot, it was very noisy from 6.30 am, there was also a nursery with screaming children as well, so unfortunately that was the down part, the pool was also freezing cold.
