I did struggle a little with getting out of the pool and wish there was a handrail where the steps are. However, I got used to it and the pool is a lovely size for relaxing by first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening.

Katina and her husband are friendly and hospitable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and that we didn't have to check out until 12 noon. The pool is lovely and inviting. Katina makes the best breakfast in Polis and the chocolate cake is to die for. We had a sea view and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Some of the facilities are a bit dated but for this price we were very satisfied.

Really lovely family run apartments. Make sure to try the breakfast omelette! Clean and spacious and you can park by your apartment. The hosts are nice and help to prebook you for activities and attractions. A few min drive from Latchi beach and walking distance to Polis city centre.

Amazing place, the energy at Kozis is great. The couple who runs it did everything and more for us to feel comfortable. This is not an ordinary hotel, it feels like coming home to your grandparents who loves to cook and take care of you. And the omelette for breakfast, the only disappointment with it is that I can’t have a similar anywhere… What you can do with eggs..! The garden and pool is treated with love and it was the first time in Cyprus I could completely relax. So beautiful and clean. We booked one night but decided to stay the rest of or vacation here. Bed was also super comfy. Will definitely be back asap!

At night couldn’t see to lock the door as had to take the door key tab out of the electrical socket to do so hence no lights.

Absolutely amazing service and felt like I was at my mums. The owners were very nice, welcoming with great hospitality. The breakfast was also 10 out of 10. Location is also great, not far from the beach close to supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms were also very spacious.

Outstanding apartment. Shining cleanliness place and very comfort bed. Owners are very friendly with impressive hospitality. The traditional home made quality breakfast was amazing with unlimited quantity, fruits and both hot and cold drinks and coffees. Mrs Katina's traditional omelet is unforgettable. Swimming pool and common areas are comfortable and a pleasure to use throughout the day and night. Thank you so much... Already planning our next visit to you.

There was a strange smell in the room, small variaty of breakfast. There was some dust around.

The pool was nice, had places for sunbathing, administration was super helpful, positive and likeable. The room had kitchen and ac.

The fact that there was no lower lighting in the room, for the bed time. The lamps on top of the bed are too strong and bright... yellow bulbs of lower watts would do the job ;)

A nice family business, with very friendly owners. Room was big and very clean! The location is good because you are a few minutes away from Polis center, and seconds away from supermarket, pizza, kebab... also breakfast was good, enough choices, quantity.. and deliciius omelette made by the owner... its a value for money place.

The owners are very kind and always willing to help us. Breakfast was very nice and included everything, as well as some homemade touches. Location is perfect as it is very close to Latchi harbour. There are restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and bakery opposite the site. What was most impressive was how clean the rooms are.
