The property was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was water and a nice bottle of rose waiting for us on arrival which was much appreciated! We stayed off season and can imagine in summer it will be alot busier nearby. The jacuzzi was fabulous and the patio was perfect for breakfast. There was a ping pong table , a bar, trampoline and a play house so something for everyone! I would highly recommend and will be back.

The garage had no lighting when we first arrived, also the lights in the apartment were very dim.

The hot tub was not clean so we didn’t use it. To be honest it was one of the main reasons that we booked it.

I can’t say I didn’t liked, it was great overall and would return but would be good to have a functional light in the parking, as it can be difficult to get around at night.

Sound proof 5/10 Conditions 7/10, renovation is needed, electric heaters in bathrooms for towels is needed, as there is no chance to dry the towels in winter months. It’s very humid and cold in flat and bathroom, there is no insulation in the walls. Heating with AC is not convenient. Floor heating in bathroom would work. Kitchen appliances need to be updated, as it takes so long for pots to heat, and for extractor hood to work properly. So overall if you present your apartment as luxurious you need to update it a lot as it is far away from luxury. Anyway it’s good value for money in winter months.

Beautiful apartment with cool jacuzzi. Nice balcony with the view over the sea. Hosts were answering fast and helped resolve all our questions. Close to the famous Fig Tree Bay.

A couple of broken tiles on the balcony. But nothing major at all. Jacuzzi would be better situated on the back of the property rather than looking out onto the strip.

Just perfect !These apartments and villas , which we have stayed in both, are exceptional value for money. And location is the best you could get..To get all the added extras, jacuzzi, water dispenser,no need to carry heavily bottles, washing machine, beach towels , quality soap, loo roll, washing up liquid etc.and most importantly super big comfy beds and spacious rooms. Outside furniture so comfortable. The cleaning staff are brilliant. One clean a week but they are really thorough.. So much better than anywhere else we have ever stayed in Protaras and such good value. Communication was brilliant. Instructions for facilitys spot on.

The only thing that bothered us was that one day people came to us to install more windows to block noise but didn't coordinate with us and didn't tell us anything about anything.. It was a bit embarrassing both for us who were on vacation and for the professionals who felt unpleasant about the disturbance.

A very nice apartment within walking distance from the sea, the apartment is on the main street which is an advantage on the one hand... on the other hand it is noisy in the evenings until about midnight... the apartment is well equipped with everything we need, bottles of cold water and wine were waiting for us in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer, beach towels and even a cooler Mobile to the beach! Super cool..

Location was amazing. Tucked in behind Cheers Bar on the strip. Short walk to the beach and Fig Tree Bay. Living area layout was great and good size. Parking allocated a huge bay, directly under accommodation, with lift and stairs straight to the rooms.
