We were upgraded to a new room which was very pleasant, Unfortunately this room did not have a kitchen area, so we had to dine out, which added to our costs.

Great hotel for the families, apartments are spacious and you will get anything you need if you are coming with a child(feeding chair, crib, etc). The hotel is located in the quiet part of Ayia Napa and it is 5km from the center, but the bus station is in front of the hotel, and by using it you can see all the beaches, and sights. It is also very close to the new Ayia Napa marina, which I recommend for night walks and dinner. Food in hotel restaurants is much cheaper compared to other restaurants, so you can easily eat there or in the kitchen of your apartment. For kids there is great playground in hotel, as there are floaties in the pool that can be used by guests. Great stay, would recommend and would repeat again. Cleaning is done everyday, and towels are changed daily.

The Wi-Fi that keeps going off. No detergent, sponge or even any rag in the kitchen. There was not enough tea and coffee in the room. There is no extractor hood, so you can't cook much. Not enough microwave which would have solved a number of issues. The TV was very small. We had to pay extra for a safe. The pool table in the hotel was just awful. There is no entertainment near the hotel in the evening.

Very smiling and helpful staff. Cleaned and changed towels every day. Our room was large with a separate bedroom. There was air conditioning in every room. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. There is a pool with sun beds and air mattresses. Breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty, the choice was quite large, there were seasonal fruits. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable. To the best beach in the area Makronissos 15-20 min walk across the wasteland. Nearby bus stop. Free parking at the hotel.

I have no negative comments!

Wonderful peaceful location on outskirts of Nissi Beach with a sea view from restaurant/bar. A couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk. A few local bars and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Bus stop right outside hotel to take you to Ayia Napa (€1.50 until around 9pm and then €2.50). Bus takes 10 mins into centre. Bus runs until early hours (3am ish). Water Park in walking distance. Although you can see the sea from front of hotel, it's a 10-15 min walk to reach nearest beach with facilities. Apartment was super clean, bed comfy, pillows great, huge size apartment! Sofa, TV, dining table, kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs, bathroom ample with tub/shower. Good air con. Safe. Plenty storage. Facilities great! Food and drink at restaurant is nice. Lots of tables and also outdoor seating. Air con. Free breakfast is good, full cooked or continental (self serve). Staff very polite! Big pool is beautiful with plenty sunbeds.

Everything was excellent - the room was very clean, big, with everything it needs - comfy bed, AC, TV, toiletries, a kitchen corner with cutlery, a toaster, etc., and a nice balcony as well with a view to the pool and garden which were also very lovely. The breakfast was delicious with a broad selection of foods which we enjoyed every morning on the terrace. The people at the reception were welcoming, friendly and very attentive to our needs. They also have a nice little gym, room service, a restaurant and a bar with very good prices, but there are also several supermarkets and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the sunbeds and hammock there. The greenery, palm trees and the whole outdoor setup made for such a nice view and experience. The place is a 10 minute walk away from Makronissos beach and around 25-30 minutes' walk away from Nissi beach which are the best 2 beaches in Ayia Napa. If you want to reach the center or other areas there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel (1.5 euros per single ticket). I highly, highly recommend this place and would love to come back here, as everything was perfect!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, several beaches are within walking distance. I recommend a room with two rooms on the second floor. Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and help!

A bit too far from the beach, but you can easily reach the best places by car or bus.

Perfect place if you want to get a really relaxing holiday without too much fuss. Rooms are very clean, you get every day room cleaning and new towels. Pool wasn't overcrowded and the palm trees are magnificent.

The variety at breakfast can be improved.

We had a great vacation at Loutsiana Apts with the kids. The room was nice and clean. Great pool, not too much busy. The food at the hotel resturant was good. The location, althoguh not in the center of Aiya Napa was great for us as a family with kids. Not too crowded, close to the water park and a supermarket near by. Short ride by car to the city center and harbor. All in all, we really enjoyed it.
