We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelWere a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the room, someone followed me from the hotel to the car on day and I got really scared and talk to the receptionist about it and they told me not too worry , the day after that I saw the same person that in the breakfast area.
The staff is amazing and the breakfast was delicious

North MacedoniaThere wasn't a mosquito net on the door to the balcony, and once you open the door and they enter - there is no getting rid of them, and that made it unpleasant to sleep. We got a lot of mosquito bites. The laundry room wasn't especially clean and maintained.
We liked the hotel. The location was great, it was clean, the staff was friendly, there was room service every day. We liked the restaurant, bar and the pool. Breakfast was amazing, there were many options to choose from. We are satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

MaltaFacilities could do with some TLC, but that is well compensated by the friendly staff. If I had to complain on something is that it gets very noisy early in the morning due to the thin walls and old room doors.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is great if you want to go to the beach. It is very close to all the reasturants and beach facilities. All withing walking distance.

Location was excellent. The archaelogical site and harbour (with excellent restaurants) are just 10 minutes walk away. We also walked up into the old town (about 30 minutes). Good range of options for breakfast.

Good location, within walking distance of the port. There is a small shop on the corner next to the hotel, you can always buy water, for example. The balcony is an extra value to the room Breakfast is excellent, the staff are very nice and helpful.

HungaryUnfortunately, the bathroom wasn't really in a good condition, old and not well maintained furnitures and bath. Our toilet was a bit broke and water was running constantly, very annoying. The worst thing was that there were some guest very loundly talking and laughing at the corridor at 3 am!!! We heard every single word they said because the doors were not insulated at all! We, and olso other guest had to get up to ask them to be quite. Horrible experience!
We had a mixed experience during our stay. Overall the location of the Hotel is great, and the room was fine. The stuff was friendly and helpful, and it was also easy to park at the hotel's parking lot. Our room was celand every day, so it made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was not the best but mostly okay, don't expect anything special.
