Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The ac in the room it was really smelly. Bad smell. Also it wasnt really cold. No wifi in the room No do not disturb sigh available.

No shampoo in the bathroom, only soap for hands. No wifi in the rooms. Only reception area.. The couch that is supposed to be a bed for 3rd person is very uncomfortable.
Good breakfast!! Very good price including breakfast. Very comfortable beds (in bedroom). Big rooms with kitchen and fridge. Perfect location if you have a car.

The balcony door did not close well. Pillows were a bit big and hard.

HAVING TO MOVE ROOMS ON SECOND DAY DUE THE 1st APARTMENT FLOODING 2nd APARTMENT WAS A LOT BIGGER AND BETTER BUT UP A FIGHT OF STEPS, WHICH OUR AGE WE TRY TO AVOID.
BREAKFAST WAS OK. FOR WANT WE WANTED THE LOCATION WAS GREAT.

Where to start…. We were there around 4 hours, out by the pool area and in our room. The pool area was dirty and clearly neglected. There was even a beer can floating in the baby pool! Broken sun loungers and parasols everywhere. The rooms, oh dear. Absolutely filthy! My little one spilt water on the floor and when I wiped with a paper towel it was as if that’s the most cleaning it had ever had! The room smelt foul, stale, mouldy and strong urine and drains smell. Ants everywhere! The kitchen area was basic but well equipped enough for a holiday apartment, just a shame it was all dirty too. The curtains and lining had stains on that I don’t want to even think what it might be! We were in and out quicker than we originally planned. Thankfully just a stop off on the way to the airport. The sad part is it could be a really nice place in a great location if they took a little time and effort to deep clean and care for the place a little better.
The location was perfect for the beach and local shops etc. It was ok for what we needed as a stop off for a shower etc before heading to the airport. Air con worked ok. (But we were lucky as some checking in at the same time didn’t get that luxury!) Staff were pleasant enough.

Room was dirty. Ants. TV was so tiny, that you could not see it properly. There were no internet in rooms, which is a complete failure for hotels. Public location internet was extremely slow. They say few meters to the beach, but they don`t say that those beaches are surrounded by hotels . Tough to get a proper place on the beach. Room: old furniture, refrigerator was working, but broken, bathroom furniture was broken, walls are thin so you hear neighbours moving chairs at 2 o`clock at night, kitchen kettle broken, no microwave. Socket locations were not very comfortable. It was also impression, that some of the blankets were not cleaned long time at all. That is disgusting. Breakfast: kind of cheap and economy feeling. Don`t eat sausages, they have very strange taste. Although it was stated as hotel apartments - there were no facilities, no minibars, no room service, etc. Hospitality was weak - check-in was from 14:00 o`clock. We came at 13:00 asking to check-in earlier, but they refused. Hotel was not booked fully at all. Not recommend for couple stays. It is more suitable for student gangs and companies. There is no hospitality in this place and it is not worth the money at all.

The hotel is far away from 3 stars! I think it is only 1 tops. The building (A block) is really old. There were no repairs in quiet a long time i believe. Our door handle was broken and some times it appears in my own hand when opening the door. The toilet is bad They add extra foam rubber on the mattresses for some reason... weird. The AC was dropping water after 1 hour of work. You need to go and buy adapters in the market if you want to charge your devices. They cost less than 2€ but hotel does not provide it. If you want to use safe you need to pay 2€ per day + 10€ deposit. One towel (extra one for beach e.g) will cost you 5€ + 5€ deposit. Service is also not the best. We had to ask to clean our room twice. There were no door hanger signs Please clean my room or Do not disturb, so you need to ask. Anyway they cleaned the room the second day after, but the towels were not changed. Asked again for that :) The breakfast is really bad. I could not eat anything except of bread, coffee, or milk with cereals. And yes, you have Wifi only in lobby and the connection is really poor every time.
The location is great. 4 minutes walk to the sea and 1 minute to nearest market or restaurant.The parking area is big and always has place to park a car. There are two swimming pools.

Dirty. Old fashioned. Air con barely worked. Asked for a kettle or the baby’s bottle. It didn’t turn up so had to go ask again. Didn’t even bother to use the pool or go for breakfast as we just wanted to be out of the hotel.

It is a very old building and there was a nusty smell in all areas maybe due to the fact that it was closed before. No WiFi except the lobby area
