We had an impression that the breakfast quality dropped a bit comparing to our last stay few years ago, but nothing major.

It was our second stay here, it is great value for the money. Despite the building is a bit outdated, everything is fully functioning, clean and in good condition. Location is perfect, many nice pubs and restaurants around, walking distance to metro station and even to city center.

There were some issues with opening of the fridge and water in the toilet. Also, some slippers would be great to move around the apartment. Some of the intems in the room were little old fashionated, some needed some repare- like curtains what were broken and bathroom cabonet, toilet and opening of the fridge - where I needed to be careful not to cut my hands. Otherwise, the place was sunny and quiet.

First of all, I'm very thankful to the hotel's stuff for the kind assistance what was given to me and my family during our stay.. My daughter got sick during our stay, and the hotel's manager helped me to find the nearest farmacy that works during Easter time. Moreover, hotel's management allowed us to check out later so we didn't need to stay somewhere and wate for car to bring us to the airport. The hotel's location is very good. Close to the tram and department store what works 24th. The city centre itself is in short walking distance - like 25 min or so. Tram line 22, what stops very close by runs up to the castle. So it's very convenient to move around. Nice breakfast table, plenty of items to choose from. Could be more fruits and vegetable options, but overall, it's very good.

The only issue was our window was right beside the parking lot. Each morning there was a lot of door closing and cars being packed up with others leaving. It was quite loud with the echoing of door closing.

The apartment was amazing, spacious, great to have a kitchen and full bathroom. Staff were helpful. I didn't have the breakfast only because there's so many yummy cafes to try.

I could hear water flowing in pipes whenever someone used the toilet in the next room. This woke me up twice.

Very helpful staff. The room was spacious (very spacious!) and clean. Nothing luxurious but enough for a nice stay. Despite the very low temperatures outside (-9), the room was very warm. It is in a walking distance from the metro and tram stations.

The toilet is a little inconvenient and the sink is just too small. We bring many things for the bathroom and there is no space for my small things. There was a day where the cleaner opens the door while we are sleeping and took the garbage. Maybe they could have provide a card that we can put outside the door if we don't want to be disturbed. I didn't like the breakfast🙁

I like that the room is clean and big and with both shower and bath tub. They let us leave our luggages after we checked out.

It was a little noisy from the street some nights, but not bad at all.

Apartment was spacious and fit 5 people very comfortably. The location was amazing, right by tram 22 which takes you right into town. But also close enough to walk everywhere. Marek was lovely and very accommodating!

The place is in desperate need of maintenance, there is a nice bath tub, but the switch to the showerhead is not working to wash off the soap, so you have to get out of the tub and use the shower. In the shower there is nowhere to put the soap, and the place where you put the showerhead is just static, cant adjust the height or direction. The electric outlets are too few and some of them aren't working. The place looks like it was very nice once, but things broke over time and they fixed everything in the cheapest way possible. Breakfast is the same every day, very little choices and not very good ones.

Good location, many excellent restaurants nearby, also tram 22 station is 50 meters from the hotel, and you can use it to get anywhere. Staff are very friendly. Good heating system.

The apartment was fantastic and very comfortable, placed in a quiet area of Prague 2 (very close to náměstí Míru). Tram and metro stop nearby, there are various shops, restaurants and cafés around. Also the breakfast was perfect and varied, super recommended, I think I will come back in the future!

Everything was OK:

The Apart Hotel Susa is a nice hotel, the staff was very polite and efficient. Breakfast was (in my view) good with a variety of food (sausage, eggs, cheese, ham, bread, pastry, tomatoes, cucumber, paprika, etc., oats, cakes, coffee, tea, water, juice, a selection of tea. Bread coul be toasted. Some cookies were also available. Service was helpful and reagularly monitored the guests and plates. Location of the hotel is an advantage as it is located in a close distance to public transport (tram) and metro. The room was rather big, with a TV set, chairs and table, telephone line, wi-fi, bathroom was spacy, very clean. At the front room was a smalle kitchenette which could be a bonus.
