Israel1. The room can be higher maintaned (we had one broken shower head). 2. We had to put a 100 euro as deposite. At the end we should had to get it back but we got 91 Euro, They told us 9 euro for city tax and services. Nothing was menthioned at the order or check in about this. This is why I reduce the value for money.
Breakfast was Excellent with all dishes and sides you will need for a fmailiy. I used a car with free parking that was perfect in order to go out to the city and back. Also the executine lounge was perfect closer for "hard" time with the kids.

IsraelBreakfast was okay, nothing fancy. Kids didn't complain but we've seen better. Hotel located a bit far off from the city, about 40 min ride in public ttransportation, but at least the buses and metro were frequent.
Water park was great, best part was the option to stay after hours only for the hotel residents to avoid the crowds. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfy enough.

IsraelWe had an unpleasant urine smell in our bathroom during the entire stay, and though i've approached the reception with this, the smell remained. Also, the hotel may add additional facilities for leisure for non water activities, in the evening, it can add a lot, especially for families that stay many nights at the hotel. Also - very small fridge, and no tv channels for children - a bit unbecoming for a kids centred hotel.
The breakfast was really good, a lot to offer, the waterpark access was really great. I would recommend this hotel a lot. A good combination of waterpark and nearby parks and shopping/groceries options if you need them.

IsraelAn excellent hotel with a more than amazing water park!!! The family room was excellent and very comfortable for a family of 4! The breakfast was more than excellent and full of a huge selection of dishes, so that everyone enjoyed and was satisfied!! In addition, there are excellent restaurants in the complex and shops for an amazing shopping experience!! The water park was simply stunning, clean, tidy and full of slides, water facilities and pools for all ages!! Very high level saunas and jacuzzis and again there are so many of them so there is room for everyone in the park!! Outside the park and the hotel there are at least 3 shopping centers that we were able to visit and they are within an 8-minute walk from the hotel.. great restaurants and of course McDonald's and KFC and pizzerias that the kids love so much!! The hotel and the water park are a 25-minute drive from the center of Prague, so it's easy to get around by public transportation or a rental car!! We will definitely go back there again in the future!!!

CroatiaEven though this hotel is pet friendly, we were not allowed to have lunch on the terrace because we had a dog. Also this hotel charges 30EUR per night for a pet which is way to much in comparison to other hotels that charge half the amount.
Breakfast was good but nothing more than that. Location was good but the aquapark was the best. rooms were nice and clean.

PolandBreakfast was OK, but very few vegetables and no fish. Last 3 nights between 10 pm and 1 am it was noisy at the corridor in the area of rooms 260-280. One group of people occupied 3 rooms there and kept the room doors open, walked between the rooms and talked loudly, despite my requests to stop it. One morning there was some noisy renovation work going on about 8 a.m. It was very difficult to set the proper water temperature at the shower. Satisfaction survey was available only in the paper form, could be also on the hotel webpage. I was not so easy to get to the center of Prague by public transport and at the same time the free shuttle bus that used to run between Aquapalace and Prague center (at least in 2019) was not available any more in 2023.
The complete staff was very helpful, friendly and communicated well in English. It was very easy to get to the Aquapark from my hotel room. I was able to connect my laptop to the TV in my room with HDMI cable and use it as a monitor (HDMI cable is not included in the room equipment). Air-conditioning worked well, it even automatically turned off when the window was open and turned itself on when I closed the window. I could see through my window how many people were in the Aquapark Coca-cola relaxation zone.
