Host didn’t respond for days. Online reception is fine but no ways to raise any concerns. Washroom sink was blocked and no one ever reached back. WiFi was not available at all.

-Car parking is so difficult, 3 porter dont speak english. -Kichen closed at the weekend. Other restaurant is so far.. -No microwave. -The fridge is very small. -Something little noise in the room all day, maybe air ventilation other apartmans.

Clean rooms. Free car park. Room is enough for 2 person.

They didn't reply when asked about the laundry room. So we haven't figured out how to use one. The building is a bit sketchy, but the apartments area is very well made so that's not a problem :) There was a moment when construction worker has crossed our balcony. That was a bit strange. :D

The place is beautiful, the Balu kitchen works all day and has superb food and atmosphere. Check-in was easy, they even had Lithuanian language option on the check-in computer. Internet was good, super cozy place, bathroom and terrace.

The front door of the building was closed and, as it was saturday, there was no one around to ask to how to get into the building. The host didn’t answered my calls. I had to call to others offices in the building by an entryphone and ask to let me in.

In second Room they must have provided bed instead of sofa, one person slept on floor, we mentioned 2 rooms and 4 people, when we booked room for 4people they must have arranged coffee packets for 4people but they kept it for only 2,

This trip was a birthday present for my boyfriend so I requested a balloon and two beers into our room as an extra surprise. I did not receive answer for days not even after 3 messages and emails. Then I got the promiss that it is possible and they will put these items into our room... still waiting for it. Reaching the apartment was way too complicated as the card that opens the apartment room does not opens the main doors of the building. Also it would be a lot more easier if there would be more signs how the guests can reach the rooms.

Self checking was super cool. Even that the building is close to the trains, the room was quite enough to have a nice and enough rest.

nice view, close to beautiful park. accessible by public transport, private parking, balcony with chairs and table. Towels+shampoo + etc. fragrant. On the same floor good restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner - but not in weekend.

- Location.. You have to transfer to get to the old town. - Soundproof. We stayed on New Year's Eve and there was a party at the restaurant, which was super loud until late over the midnight. Well, I don't think it would happen every night though

1. Water overflowing in the shower. 2. No wifi, noone bothered to fix it after we reported it. Had to use roaming data all the time. 3. Ms. Olga was unfriendly to us and rude to other employees. 4. Too high pillows, ruined my sleep. 5. Overpriced breakfast. 6. Self-checkin wasn't working properly.

I actually stayed in a small apartment in this building and it was much nicer and more comfortable. There was only 1 Aircon unit for a bigger apartment and a tiny fridge that held 4 bottles of water. In the smaller apartment there was a bigger fridge and 2 aircon units. The TV had no remote with a blue banner that wouldn't come off the screen and they were meant to fix it but that never happened.

Wi-Fi connection was very bad, we had to use data roaming. Room was not very tidy, but not dirty. We had to call doorman in the evening, room key isn’t suitable for building’s main door. water in the shower does not drain well.

onsite check in was electronic but wasn’t showing the room number when activation , i had to call the number shown, lack of cooperation/clarification from some staff ( waited almost 2 hours for changing the battery aircondition remote control), no receptionist.

Chaotic check-in, we were not provided with the chip to enter the building, the doorman was unpleasant and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes until we got into the building.

The host never replied to provide an answer for the wifi which never worked. Internet was not working and we tried with the people at the restaurant who said they will connect with the owner/host but were not able to help.

The people did not speak English so it was super har to communicate. Also the restaurant had a private party so was not working and this was not previously informed to us.

My friend forgot his formal suit on the hanger in the apartment after a wedding. They confirmed that they have it but are not willing to follow up on finding a solution to return the suit.
